This finca has a privileged location, as it is situated on one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca, Cala Mesquida. It is surrounded by pine trees in the north-east of the island, close to numerous coves and beaches with crystal-clear water. The sandy beach is 800 metres away and can be easily reached along a pine forest path.

The outdoor area has a private swimming pool ( 8x 5 metres and a depth of up to 1.90 m) surrounded by 6 comfortable sun loungers where you can sunbathe and enjoy a refreshing drink. There is also a shaded chill-out area where you can enjoy a tasty aperitif with your family or friends. Shady trees provide space for relaxing hours. A fully equipped barbecue with tables is at your disposal where you can have lunch or dinner outdoors. The veranda is also equipped with a table and a covered terrace in case of rain.

The house, which can accommodate 5 people, is equipped with fibre optic internet and has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms with a shower. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is connected to the living room and the covered terrace. There is also another dining room in the house with seating for 5 people.

The outdoor area is spacious and typically Mediterranean. The caretaker of the house lives in the neighbouring house, which is separate from the main house.

Very good Villa

Super little villa down a dirt track road with a great crystal clear pool suited our family of 4 for some peace and r&r. The villa is charming, rustic and equipped with everything you need, aircon in all the bedrooms worked well but the kitchen area was quite warm as we arrived during a heatwave and no aircon in that space. Host couldn’t have been more helpful and kind leaving gifts of local wines and fresh watermelons on different days to welcome us. We walked through the secret pine forest track one day to the beach which was a great adventure but not for those less mobileyoung as the terrain is challenging and it was very warm with little shelter. The pool was very deep at one end with shallow steps at the other so suited most abilities.

Finka in Nähe von Cala Mesquida

Wir waren zu zweit für 2 Wochen in der Finka. Der eigene Pool ist natürlich das Highlight. Der Hausmeister und die Nachbarn waren sehr freundlich. Zum Strand Cala Mesquida dauert es mit dem Auto ca 5min. Ein Auto ist zwingend notwendig. Der Weg zur Finka ist steinig und teilweise schlecht befahrbar - jedoch absolut machbar. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist hervorragend. Am Abend kann man perfekt auf der Terrasse entspannen und dem Abend lauschen. Gerne wieder - auch für eine größere Gruppe geeignet. Nichts

Super Preis - Leistungsverhältnis

Wir waren zu als kleine Truppe dort (alle Mitte 20) und waren mit allem rundum sehr zufrieden. Angefangen mit der guten Kommunikation vor der Reise bis zum Super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis vor Ort. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Der Strand war nur paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt sowie die nächste kleine Stadt Cala Ratjada waren nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ich kann die Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen.

Lovely place to stay

Lovely house in the country side near to Cala mesquita. The house was very clean and the hosts (who lived next door) were nearby to help if needed. The pool was excellent and there was a ping pong table and lots of space for children to run around.

A fresh and comfortable, relaxed Majorcan feel

This property worked perfectly for the four of us- parents with older teens. The list of positives are too many to mention but included great space( inside and out), pool was lovely size( and NOT salt water😁), all facilities worked, including good Wifi and loved the coffee machine! Air con also worth paying the extra fee. We found having a car was a must, as walking to the beach would be tough going in the sun. Cala Agulla , a neighbouring beach was a favourite. Loved Capdepera and Arta for evening meals. Hopefully some of the garden area near the pool will look a little more attractive in time. Missing it already!

Schöne Unterkunft in der Idylle.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Der Pool ist toll und alles war sehr sauber. Einziger Kritikpunkt war ein gefährlich kaputter Topf, der aber direkt bei Anmerkung ersetzt wurde und ein paar fehlende Dinge wie z.B. etwas Spüli, Spülmaschinen-Tabs, Lappen, Küchenrolle, etc, welche man dann an Tag 2 in Ruhe nachkaufen kann.

Vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt in eurer Finca! Wir haben es sehr genossen! Super netter Kontakt. Sehr nette Gastgeber- sie waren immer erreichbar und halfen, wo sie nur konnten. Schöne Außenanlage mit schönem Pool! Tolle, neue Bäder! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Traumhafte Finca in Top Lage

Wir waren zu siebt in dieser wundervollen Finca. Es war alles absolut top. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, man hat unglaubliche Ruhe und tolle Natur und ist dennoch in wenigen Minuten an den schönsten Stränden, im Ort von Cala Mesquida und Cala Ratjada. Die Finca war absolut sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Der Satz in den Beschreibungen "die finca wäre einfach gehalten" kann bedenkenlos gestrichen werden. Wir bedanken uns auch beim netten Verwalter Lorenzo, für seine tolle Arbeit. Wir werden immer wieder kommen Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub
