Dear Liz, All your questions where answered immediately: if the main pool was available to be used, certainly it was, the location and the timetable of the rubbish bins etc. Only two days before your departure we were told that the water comes super hot or cold. The regulation of the boiler was at maximum. I informed you how it should be and in case, a plumber would go to calibrate it. You did not want anybody to go because you said that it was working perfectly. To be sure, I sent a plumber just after your departure and in ten minutes it was checked. The whole week was windy, cold and raining and you couldn't use the pool, but obviously that circunstances were out of our control. The key of the pool was offered and you told Maria that in case you wanted it, you would ask for it. Finally, the key was at your service in the apartment. It was really a pity that you did not notice us your problem with the hot water, even when you emailed me almost every day, because it was very simple to solve it. About the second pool, you were informed that it is on the street carrer eivissa, the street of the entrance to my garage. It is also showed on the map on the fridge.

It has been a pleasure to have Anja and her friends to stay in my apartment. Everything has been perfect. She is nice and polite. Thank you every much.

Zunächst einmal bin ich sehr traurig, dass Sie sich in der Wohnung nicht alle wohl gefühlt haben. Ich möchte betonen, dass fast alles möglich gewesen wäre, wenn Sie mit mir oder María fließend kommuniziert hätten. Es existierte nicht von Anfang an und ich respektierte es. Nie, noch nie hat jemand meine Unterkunft mit einem Stern bewertet, immer mit 4/5 Sternen, und alle sind sich einig, dass die Bilder und die Beschreibung der Realität entsprechen und Maria und ich immer bereit sind, schnell zu helfen oder alles zu lösen. Meine Gemeinde erlaubt mir, meine Immobilie zu vermieten. Es gab nie Beschwerden, da ich Familien oder Erwachsene für ihren Urlaub auswähle. Meine Nachbarn stimmen zu, also weiß ich wirklich nicht, warum Sie sich darüber geäußert haben. Schade, dass ein paar mehr Kleiderbügel, oder mehr Toilettenpapier, Seife nicht alle den Urlaub genießen ließen, obwohl sie im Schrank lagen und man sie so bekommen konnte, wie man es getan hat. Es ist verboten, Kleidung auf dem Balkon aufzuhängen, aber es ist möglich, den tragbaren Lufttrockner auf der Hauptterrasse zu platzieren, um Kleidung in der Nachmittagssonne zu trocknen. Ja, in der Tat, oben in einem Schrank stehen ein paar Kisten, unwichtige Dinge, von denen ich dachte, dass sie niemanden stören würden ..... aber alles andere ist für die Mieter zur Verfügung, wenn es nötig ist. Ich versuche, die Leute dazu zu bringen, Dinge zu finden, die sie normalerweise in einem Haus haben, aber nicht in einem Hotel. Ich wohne nicht dort, verbringe meine Ferien nur mit meiner Familie und freue mich, alles mit euch allen zu teilen. Auf jeden Fall werde ich die Wohnung überprüfen, um alles zu entfernen, was zu persönlich erscheinen könnte.

Dear Clemence, There is a second rectangular pool located at the back of the complex, along Eivissa Street, the garage access street. Only that the main pool, shaped like Mickey Mousse's head, is right below my property. Regarding the Internet service, the price was specified in the contract and it was not an option, because the telephone company does not allow me to register and unsubscribe for a few days. I outsource this service exclusively to my tenants and I pass on its price without obtaining any benefit. I only cover the expenses that this produces to me. The cold water stopcock surprisingly it was closed, therefore it was only necessary to open it and the key of the main entrance was made again. Wie in der Anzeige erwähnt, ist der Pool im Oktober nicht verfügbar. Die Nutzungsdauer ist von Mai bis September. Danach ist das Wasser überwintern und es ist nicht in Verwendung. Es ist schade für mich, dass Ihre Bewertung aufgrund der Desinformation so gering ist. Es tut mir sehr leid, dass Sie in meiner Anzeige das Label der Dienste nicht gelesen haben. Beachten Sie, dass Ihr Aufenthalt im Oktober war, nicht im September.

Ich bin sehr glücklich, Ihnen in meiner Wohnung genossen haben. Ich bin mir bewusst , dass jeder für die Sommerferien wartet das ganze Jahr lang , und es muss eine sehr gute sein !. Im Übrigen ist die Mikrowelle auch ein Ofen . Die Anweisungen sind in einer Schublade der Küche. Ich hoffe, dass alle von Ihnen kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder ...... oder vor !
