VILLA ARHU - Villa with private pool in Capdepera. Free WiFi
Fantastic country house, with private pool and accommodation for 8 people, on the outskirts of Capdepera.
The private chlorine pool is the protagonist of this magnificent house. Enjoy a good swim, in its 12 x 6 m large and 1.2 to 2.2 m depth, after having had breakfast under the porch. Next to it, there are some sun loungers and Bali beds to sunbathe. After a long day, the porch turns into the perfect place to taste your delicious barbecues. The privacy is absolute.
The house features a comfortable kitchen-living-dining room where to spend time all together, at the same time that you can cook on the gas hob, set the table or even prepare an appétizer or watch TV-SAT. The laundry has washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms with two single beds each, wardrobe and ceiling fan. One of those rooms provides our guests with an en-suite bathroom with shower. Likewise, there are two more bathrooms as well, of which one of those has a shower while the other has a hydromassage bathtub. If you travel with a baby, there are both a cot and a high-chair available.
The country house is located at only 1 km from the center of Capdepera. In that way, you will take advantage of the tranquility of the countryside and the quick-reach to any service like supermarket, bars, restaurants, etc. We recommend you visiting Castell de Capdepera. The closest beach is Cala Ratjada, at about 4.5 km, and the golf course Canyamel is at about 5 km.

Agradable finca para grupos con estadia prolongada.
I liked: la piscina y la terraza de afuera los cuartos estaban bien toallas y sábanas muy bien la anfitriona muy simpática estuvo presente
I did not like: un baño necesitaba una cortina de baño no había productos de limpieza de pisos

Wir hatten als Gruppe einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Die Übergabe erfolgte freundlich u
Wir hatten als Gruppe einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Die Übergabe erfolgte freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft hatte eine gute Lage, man hatte seine Ruhe und konnte mit dem Auto bzw. Taxi innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten nach Cala Ratjada fahren. Die Unterkunft war schlicht eingerichtet und trotzdem waren alle notwendigen Dinge für den Alltag vorhanden. Die Hühner, welche auf der Anlage ebenfalls in einem kleinen Stall Zuhause sind, haben keinerlei Probleme beim Schlafen oder Entspannen auf der Terrasse bzw. am Pool bereitet. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, welche zudem ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bietet. Wir würden uns beim nächsten Urlaub auf jeden Fall überlegen wiederzukommen.

Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, welche zudem ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bietet.

Super nette Gastgeber, hat alles gut funktioniert. Verbesserungsvorschlag: beheizbarer Pool. Wetter war nicht so gut. Die Beschreibung hat nicht gelogen. Da finca übersetzt Bauernhof heißt haben wir uns sehr über die Hühner vor Ort gefreut auch wenn sie morgens laut waren.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Wir haben die 4 Tage mit 8 Freundinnen sehr genossen. Der große Pool ist das absolute Highlight in der Villa. Sehr sauber, aber das Mobiliar ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Schüssel-Übergabe wäre besser persönlich mir dem Servicepersonal, anstatt im Schlüssel-Safe. Die Villa sollte ein Eingangsschild mit dem Namen haben. Selbst die ortsansässigen Taxifahrer sowie der Flughafen-Shuttle haben die Villa nach den Adress-Angaben nicht gefunden. Das sollte unbedingt verbessert werden.

Das Haus ist so wie auf den Bildern, einfach klasse! Genau richtig für 8 Personen. Es ist ruhig, der Pool ist riesig, sowie die ganze Anlage. Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter war hervorragend. Nebenan gibt es Hühner, wer das nicht früh morgens mag, sollte Ohropax mit haben. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen!
