The property is located about 20 minutes from Vimmerby, in the middle of the forest-8 km to the main road.
The apartment was completed in 2016 and is located with its own entrance in a no longer used agricultural barn on the property of the German landlord. The main house of the landlord is about 100 meters away.
The entrance to the apartment with direct including car parking and the terrace are from the main house with privacy, a trouble-free holiday is guaranteed.
The apartment is on the upper floor of the barn and consists of a central living room with small dining area and German satellite TV. From the living room leads to the bedroom and bathroom and in the kitchen and the small hallway to the entrance. The bedroom offers a large double bed and enough space for the Urlaubsgardrobe in the closet. Bed linen is provided and is included in the rent. The also modern furnished large bathroom, which is right next to the bedroom, is equipped with shower and toilet. (Weekly change) are also provided and are also included in the rent.
The cooking in the kitchen on an electric stove with ceramic hob and oven tube. Of course, next to the freezer and the everyday things like coffee maker, kettle, toaster. From the kitchen roll, dishwashing detergent on coffee filters, to tea towels is everything there, what you need for stress-free holidays!
In the hallway is a Gardrobenschrank, which also offers enough space here. Here are also the life vests, boat cushions, charcoal.
All rooms have windows so daylight; in the bedroom a blind / blackout curtain is installed; WZ and SZ each have a window part with a fly net, but this does not obstruct the opening or the view.
The rooms are with laminate or designed linoleum and are heated with electric heaters.
From the bedroom and living room - even off the sofa is to see the romantic lake. Through a private entrance leads to the own rowboat. Life jackets are available in the apartment. Bathing in the lake is possible over an 8m long jetty - beyond the Seerosengürtel with ladder. Pure relaxation.
On the back of the barn towards the lake you can on a small sun terrace - Sonnensegel available- breakfast, barbecue or sunbathe. For the remainder of the barn rear wall towards the main house, a wooden partition guarantees its privacy. We would be even more photos available on demand.
From vacation rental you can reach a romantic official swimming area with toilets, seating and barbecue at 2 km walk through the forest. In about 20 minutes you are in Vimmerby - the tourist center of Smaland- or on the large lake Krön at Södra Vi to swim on the sandy beach or canoe (rental station available). The nearest Ica for food shopping is located in Södra Vi, about 10 minutes away.
The famous 1000 year old oak and the National Park Nora Kvill located about 20 minutes away forest path. Linköping with its well-preserved old town or the lock system of Berg can be reached in about 60 minutes by car.
So if you are looking for both peace and tranquility and Swedish natural idyll as well as the experience of tourist attractions in the region, you are exactly right. Information material is in the apartment.
What can be more beautiful on holiday than to end the day in the middle of the forest on the terrace overlooking the unspoiled nature with the typical Swedish forest lake or to go for a swim after hot summer days after an eventful day in the tourist stronghold Smalands. With a little luck ducks, wild geese and swans can be seen on the lake. Fishing is not possible!
