The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the forest. Available for exclusive use are: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and a campfire site. (On the property, right next to the holiday home, there is a small house with a sauna, bar, whirlpool, and shower/WC for exclusive use.)

On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas) and underfloor heating. The entrance is ground level. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room 100 sqm and with fireplace, lounge, dinette, TV, video, DVD and CD. The dinette offers space for 10 persons. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture and parasol. Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen 20 sqm and with dishwasher, gas stove (6 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (200 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, electric water boiler, washing machine and dryer. 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms each with shower and WC. Bathroom with jacuzzi and WC. Separate toilet with WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, high chair for children, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Benecko, 780 m above sea level. The holiday house is located on an open plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. At the house there is also a terrace with garden seating, a children’s swing, sandpit, climbing frame and outdoor pool, which are for shared use with apartments CSR RIG 161 and 162. Access is directly from the main road. Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.
