A flat-rate cleaning fee applies to the living area, including laundry service for bed linens and bath towels.
However, the dishes and the refrigerator must be cleaned by the tenant and left in a clean condition. The trash must be taken out.
If the house is not left in a proper condition, additional cleaning fees may be charged.
We use a professional cleaning company to ensure you are provided with a clean home and clean linens.
The beds will be made upon your arrival for your comfort.
