The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with bunk beds and the second with a double bed. From the open living room with modern equipped open kitchen you can enter the furnished balcony. (Table, 4 chairs, beach chair) The kitchen is equipped with modern kitchen appliances (cooker with ceramic hob and oven, fridge freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, microwave. The living area with sofa bed and modern technical devices (CD-DVD player, TV) offers a pleasant comfort. The bathroom with shower and toilet completes this apartment. 2 simple beach chairs are available. A travel cot and a highchair available.

Your apartment is located in a well-kept, architecturally appealing quiet residential complex. You can expect a modern 3-bedroom apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The apartment offers ample space for up to 4 people. On the balcony there is a table with chairs and a comfortable beach chair. Here you can start the day with a hearty breakfast and in the evening with a glass of wine to enjoy the beautiful sunset. We warmly welcome you in our apartment and wish you a nice relaxing holiday!   Please note that sheets and towels are not included in the holiday price. Feel free to bring your own sheets and towels, or you can book these added costs.

In Summe tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, sehr schön. Sie wurde als exklusiv beschrieben, was allerdings in in keiner Weise auf die Küchenausstattung zutraf. Altes, sehr abgenutztes Geschirr - teilweise mit abgesprungenem Rand bei Tasse und Teller. Auch die Töpfe waren mieser Qualität.

Dunkle Nordostwohnung

Verwalterin unzuverlässig und unkooperativ (geht nicht ans Telefon vor Anreise), kein Überblick über vermietete Appartements, Wohnung nicht fertig um 16.00 Uhr trotz rechtzeitiger Ankündigung, Schlüsselübergabe per Hinterlegung im Garten, Wohnung überdekoriert und dunkel, 1(!) Stunde direkte Abendsonne auf dem Balkon, Wohnung in normalem Wohnhaus, Nachbarn unfreundlich (Nutzung Fahrradgartenhaus angeblich nicht für Feriengäste, trotz sichtbar angebrachtem Schild), Preis-Leistung deutlich zu teuer (mehrere Zwischenvermittler), Bad ohne Fenster und dunkel. Schade!

Tolle Lage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt perfekt für lange Strandspaziergänge und/oder Fahrrad- Fahrten. Die Abwicklung war einfach und unbürokratisch. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem "normalen" Wohnhaus. Insgesamt hatten wir einen richtig tollen Urlaub.
