Le Bois du Fau is a small, quiet, and intimate residence located in the heart of Vars Les Claux. The slopes, the first ski lifts, and the ski school are 200 meters away. You'll also find the snow front, shops, and various resort services. Off-piste skiers enjoy privileged access to the residence via a slightly more adventurous direct path. Constructed in a classic wood construction, the building has two to three floors with no elevator. Surface area : about 30 m². 2nd floor. Orientation : South. Living room with bed-settee. Bedroom with double bed. Sleeping area with 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette with special heater to prepare La Raclette, kettle, coffee machine (Senseo), oven / microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer. Shower room with WC. Balcony. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
