CAP 20 is a quiet family residence, located 50m from the beach with a direct exit.
The secure residence has parking right in front of the house, ideal for unloading.
Within 100m, you'll find all kinds of shops (restaurants, a mini-market, beach shops).

Facilities: Television, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, macerator toilet, garden furniture, air conditioning.

Booking a vacation rental is reserved for adults. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian for the entire stay. The accommodation is intended for quiet use and respect for the premises. Parties and any noise disturbances are not allowed within the residence.
