The seaside resort Loddin consists of the three districts Loddin, Kölpinsee and Stubbenfelde and offers through its central location on the island of Usedom an ideal starting point for excursions. In the village of Loddin you will find a small harbor, restaurants with regional offers, a seasonal boat rental and the nature reserve "Loddiner Höft" with its viewpoint over the inland coast of the island of Usedom. Welcome to our high quality, comfortably furnished apartment in a newly built thatched cottage with two apartments in a fantastic, good residential area overlooking the Achterwasser in the seaside resort Loddin. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of four guests. Relax on one of the two sunny terraces or on the balcony on the first floor with stunning views towards Achterwasser.

Apartment Ingo:
The 70 m² apartment has a separate ground floor entrance and each has a terrace in south and west facing with seating areas. Here you can experience an unforgettable sunset! On the ground floor is the living room with integrated fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. On the first floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower / WC. From the first floor you can reach via a normal staircase the developed sleeping loft with two beds.   (A final cleaning fee of € 50.00 is payable on arrival on site.)
