Kölpinsee has been popular as a seaside resort for generations. Due to its central location on the island of Usedom, this place is an ideal starting point for various excursions. In Kölpinsee you will find restaurants, a fish smokehouse, a supermarket, a general practitioner, a riding stable and a bicycle rental, as well as a stop of the Usedomer Bäderbahn and a Heimatstube. In the centrally located "House of the guest" are the spa administration and a library. The comfortably furnished apartment is located in the house of the landlord with only a few minutes walk to the beach.

THIS APARTMENT IS SUITABLE ONLY FOR ADULT PEOPLE !!!This well maintained apartment is located in the 1st. First floor of a family house. From here it is only 400 meters to the Baltic Sea beach. With 55 m², the apartment has a living room, a bedroom with three beds, a kitchen (gas stove with 4 plates) and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The bed linen is included, please bring your own towels. A sitting area and the parking lot are right at the house. A WLAN connection is available.

Eine herrlich ruhige Unterkunft in Fußnähe zum Strand

Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Die Vermieter waren extrem freundlich und herzlich. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass der Ort nicht so überlaufen war wie die anderen. Jederzeit wieder!
