The modern furnished non-smoking apartment was renovated in 2017 and is located in the basement in the dwelling-house of the landlord. It is bright and friendly and has 60 square meters of kitchen, a living room with dining area and a sofa bed for a 3. Person, a bedroom with a double bed and a seating corner with a barbecue in the garden. A parking space is at the house. The apartment has a separate entrance. The initial linen is included, please bring your own towels. To the beach it is about 20 minutes on foot. Pets are not allowed.

Kölpinsee has been popular as a seaside resort for generations. Due to its central location on the island of Usedom, this place is an ideal starting point for various excursions. In Kölpinsee you will find restaurants, a fish smokehouse, a supermarket, a general practitioner, a riding stable and a bike rental, as well as a stop of the Usedomer Bäderbahn and a Heimatstube. In the centrally located guest's home & # 147; are the spa administration and a library.

The apartment is located in the basement of the house of the landlord in a quiet forest location. To the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is about 1300 meters.

Sehr schöner Urlaub.

Wir haben uns bei unserer gastfreundlichen Familie Bernahl sehr wohlgefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr ordentlich und die Lage ruhig, deshalb haben wir uns sehr gut erholt.
