Bungalow "Weller". In the resort 550 m from the centre of Koserow, 800 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach. For shared use: garden with lawn and flowers, parking on the premises. Supermarket 250 m, restaurant 200 m, bakery, café 250 m, bus stop 800 m, railway station 900 m, sandy beach 800 m, thermal baths "Bernsteintherme" 9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, surf school 9 km, minigolf 450 m.
2-room house 30 m2, on the ground floor. Simple furnishings: living/dining room with cable TV (flat screen), radio. 1 open room with 2 beds. Kitchenette (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.
