Leiten Michl - Holiday apartment 2

Former farm with a renovated annex, right on the Drachenwand, child-friendly, play and sunbathing lawn, lots of small animals, surrounded by bike and hiking trails.

Apartment 2:
Our lovingly furnished apartments each have their own balcony with a wonderful view of the nearby Drachenwand. The apartments were renovated in 2003. Kitchen / living room equipment: refrigerator, freezer, oven, TV, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. Bed linen, bath towels and towels are provided. Our large orchard offers plenty of space for our young guests to romp and discover and our pets (chickens and) make children's hearts beat faster.

Sehr saubere Ferienwohnung. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind da. Große Wohnküche mit Essecke vorhanden, uns fehlte ein gemütlicher Platz ( Sofa oder ähnliches) für Abends zum Sitzen, wenn das Kind im Bett war.Sehr nette Gastleute, die immer Zeit hatten für ein Gespräch. Spielplatz der Enkelkinder durfte mit benutzt werden.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss des Hauses der Vermieter*innen. Der Zustand ist ganz schön verwohnt, insofern als dass die Küche zT auseinanderfällt beim Benutzen und Geschirr, Besteck, Handtücher etc sind halt einfach deren alten ausrangierten Sachen. Das hat das Wohlfühlambiente schon getrübt. Auch von der Beschreibung her hatten wir uns mehr Bauernhof- und Familienurlaubsidylle erwartet. Wirklich Bauernhof war es nicht, also irgendwo gabs wohl Hühner, aber das wars schon. Andere Familien haben da auch keinen Urlaub gemacht, lediglich die Freude der Vermieter waren eben auch da. Wir hatten uns was anderes erhofft, es war eben okay.

Idyllisch ruhige Lage, mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten an die umliegenden Seen und in die Berge. Freundliche Vermieter, gute Ausstattung, leider keine Spülmaschine und Microwelle, sonst top. Wen es stört, schlechte Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten und viele Schnacken (Mücken). Ansonsten schöner Aufenthalt.
