The apartment house Grete (built in 2006) in Koserow is about 3 minutes walk from the beach and the pier. In the house there are 8 apartments. Each apartment has internet wifi. Centrally located in the house a washing machine and dryer with coin counter for you. A confectionery and bakery with breakfast is about 5 minutes walk away. - Long term vacationers are also welcome in the months of November to March! We would be happy to make you an offer with favorable special rates. - The island of Usedom and the nearby town of Wolgast await you with numerous recreational activities. It is possible to rent bicycles or boats, play mini-golf or tennis, bowl / bowl, have a massage, ride in Trassenheide or enjoy kitesurfing and surfing in Ückeritz. In Zinnowitz there is a swimming pool. You can also go jet skiing in Zinnowitz or go to the solarium. If you feel like playing golf, Balm on the backwaters is in good hands. Paragliders can z. Take off in Heringsdorf and bring kart racing fans in Peenemünde the tires to glow. Die Wohnung lag ruhig unweit der Seebrücke. Alles war wie beschrieben; wir haben im Oktober vier schöne Tage in der Wohnung verbracht.

Leider fehlte beim Inserat die Adresse zur Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung an Küchenutensilien war karg. Längeres Sitzen auf der Couch lässt Unwohlbefinden aufkommen, da die Sitztiefe zu gering ist. Von diesen Umständen abgesehen, war alles sehr zufriedenstellend. Besonders gut gefielen uns die Leistungen der Heizkörper und sämtliche sanitären Anlagen. Pluspunkte -Strand nur wenige 100m fußläufig -Heizung schnell warm und vorgeheizt bei Ankunft -Einrichtung Küche und Bad insgesamt neu und sauber -WLAN hat gut funktioniert -Individuelle Absprache zur Abreise war möglich. Übergabe bei Anreise unkompliziert inkl Tipps zu Restaurants in der Nähe. -Große Küchenzeile zur Selbstversorgung inklusive Geschirrspüler -Parkplatz direkt am Haus -Sehr ruhige Umgebung Minuspunkte: -Couch bzw. Sitzecke hätte größer und bequemer sein können. -Die genaue Adresse der Unterkunft und die Wäschepreise wurden erst nach Buchung bekannt gegeben. -Es wäre schön gewesen, in der Küche Pfeffer, Salz und Zucker vorzufinden. -Das Gästeformular in der Buchungsbestätigung übersieht man erstmal und sollte besser als Anhang geschickt werden. -Der Anreisezeitraum ist mit einem 3h Zeitfenster am Nachmittag relativ eng bemessen, zumal man ohnehin anrufen muss kurz vor Ankunft.

Schoner Kurztrip mit sehr unangenehmen Check-In

Trotz Ankunftsankündigung per Telefon und Einlass durch die Putzkraft in die Ferienwohnung, wurden wir von einer Check-in- Beauftragten garstigst angeplafft bevor Sie überhaupt guten Tag sagte! Sehr schlecht. An der internen Kommunikation zwischen Agentur / Putzfrau / Check-in-Beauftragte sollte dringenst gearbeitet werden!

Gute Wohnung,die alles hat was man braucht.Dicht zum Strand.Im Schlafzimmer wären Verdunkelungsrollos sehr toll.Waren gelbe Vorhänge dran.Dann hätte man länger geschlafen.
