Kurztrip Usedom

Das Objekt ist sehr idyllisch am Waldrand gelegen. Der nahegelegene Strand an der Steilküste ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. In der Nähe der Ferienwohnung gibt es einige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung. Leider hat das Doppelbett geteilte Matratzen. Die Fußbodenheizung in allen Räumen sorgt für eine sehr angenehme Wärme.

Alles super, aber...

der Titel zum Haus "Romantische Fewo im Reethaus" stimmt nicht. Bei der Dachdeckung handelt es sich nicht um Reet, sondern um Kunststoff. Für uns hatte es einfach einen schalen Beigeschmack, wenn ein Haus als Reethaus vermarktet wird, es sich aber gar nicht um Naturmaterialien handelt. Die Einrichtung war übrigens OK und geschmackvoll ausgesucht, auch wenn man sich ein bisschen in einer IKEA-Ausstellung glaubte. Ein Minus: Die Betätigungsplatte des WCs war irgendwie defekt - ein Problem, dass offenbar schon länger bekannt ist, aber wohl auch schon länger nicht behoben wurde.

Aufenthalt

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Urlaub war angenehm. In der Wohnung sind allerdings viele Stellen an den Schimmel Auftritt. Hier sollte umgehend reagiert werden. Weiterhin ist es unschön, dass ein Nachbar ( Anwohner) einen freilaufenden Hund hat. Diese bellt Passanten an und man sollte mit Kindern und anderen Tieren sehr aufpassen. Die Aussage " er macht ja nichts" kann man sich nicht verlassen. An diesen beiden Stellen ist dringend Handlungsbedarf um den Urlaub genießen zu können. Sommerurlaub im Reedhaus

An unser Reedhaus angekommen. Der erste Eindruck erst mal ok. Schlüsselübergabe sehr primitiv, einfach vor der Eingangstür unter einem Stein. Wir hatten eine Wohnung im ersten Obergeschoss. Auch der erste Eindruck in Ordnung. Als ich unsere Sachen auspackte und im Schrank einräumen wollte hörte ich ständig Vögel gezwitscherte. Ich sah aus dem Fenster, da hatten sich Schwalben eingenistet. Es war sehr laut und in der ganzen Wohnung waren die Fensterbänke stark beschmutzt. Auch die Scheiben iim Wohnzimmer waren verschmiert und Spinnennetze. Wir wollten uns am Tisch im Garten setzen, dort stand kein Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung. Auch hätten wir uns gewünscht einen eigenen Schuppen mit einen separaten Schlüssel. Eine Parkplatz Beschriftung ist zu empfehlen, da es bei uns mit dem anderen Mieter zu Unstimmigkeiten kam. Die Außenanlage war sehr ungepflegt. Wir haben auch nur einen Wohnungsschlüssel erhalten. Erst nach Aufforderung erhielten wir einen Zweitschlüssel. Für 10 Tage sollten wir mit einer Toilettenrolle auskommen. Wir haben nach einer weiteren Rolle nachgefragt, die Service Kraft antwortete uns steht nur eine Rolle zu. Somit mussten wir uns selber Toilettenpapier kaufen. Für den hohen Mietpreis haben wir Besseres erwartet.
