Super emplacement, au coeur d'un quartier animé

L'appartement est très bien situé.Mais il n'est pas à la hauteur en terme de qualité.Salle de bain en mauvais état, état général assez moyen, les équipements (boulloire, cafetière, ...) sont disponibles, mais dans un mauvais état.Seule sa localisation géographique lui donne du caractère.
