This home is professionally managed by Beach Habitats 30A, “Southern Charm” is a beautiful home located just steps away from Camp WaterColor! This lovely home offers 4 bedrooms, a bunk space, 4 full bathrooms. The house also comes with 5 bikes for your family to enjoy during your beach vacation! This home comes with 10 watercolor wristbands, children 5 and under do not need a wristband.

This beautiful home greets you with a front porch that offers the perfect spot to relax each morning with your coffee. The expansive entryway flows into the spacious living room. The gourmet kitchen is great for those who love to cook for their family and friends with stainless steel appliances and plenty of storage available.

-A guest bedroom is located on the first floor with a king sized bed and a large work desk. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and laundry room on the first floor for convenience.
-The second floor features a master bedroom that has a spacious walk-in closet and has access to the front balcony to enjoy the stunning views of WaterColor. The master bathroom offers a dual sink vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

Watercolor Vaca

This was the perfect home for our family with the 4 king size beds and the bunk beds. It is nicely updated and the kitchen was wonderful! Hopefully we it will be available for us next year. The location to Camp Watercolor was perfect since we often end our day there at the pool.

Amazing house for Camp Watercolor access

House was even better in person which is rare. Couldn't have been happier with the house and how comfortably we fit 6 adults and 3 kids. The property management was flawless and communication was great.

We had a wonderful time at this house! It’s even better and more spacious than pictured. It actually had 5 bedrooms (one is a bunk bed room) instead of the 4 in the listing. The property management was super helpful and responsive before and during our stay. The property is across the street from Camp Watercolor and a playground - our kids had a blast!

Beautiful Home - Great Location - Just as advertised

Perfect house for multiple families with multiple kids. Across the street from Camp Watercolor. Convenient access to Publix and other amenities. You will need a cart or bike to get to the beach. Great home - will stay here again.

The house was well laid out and I'd consider it actually a 5 bedroom rather than 4 br with the inclusion of the bunk room. The bunk room was great for kids. If you absolutely need a golf cart I'd recommend still renting one yourself from Electric Beach Cart (the only company allowed to rent in Watercolor) as the onsite golf cart is subject to whether or not its working properly. All in all, we'd absolutely stay in this house again.

The perfect Vacation

EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS ~ We loved everything about this home from the decor to the comfortable accommodations (pillows, beds and furniture). The home was very stately and clean. The photos are definitely on point the home was exactly as described on VRBO. The 6 person golf cart was so wonderful /used it nonstop for the beach, Seaside and Publix runs so we LOVED that. The 5 bikes were also being used daily. Property manager is absolutely amazing We give him a A++ JUST AWESOME with their response time (Id say less than 15 minutes and that's on the high side) Just awesome!! This was a trip for 8 ladies and was so comforting knowing someone was able to help with anything we needed. We cooked homemade sauce on the the WOLF range and baked homemade bread & banana chocolate bread in the oven ~ just lovely!!! Camp Watercolor is literally across the street so we relaxed in the lazy river. Only furniture that is slightly weathered is outside (and that is to be expected in FL/you can use towels or literally use soap and clean it off...NOT a big deal)it is high end furniture but someone may be put off by this /NOT US ~ its easy to wipe off a chair {wink} What can I say this home provided an oasis for a lovely trip ~ wonderful memories were made ~ THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!! We didn't want to leave...sigh THIS IS HOW A VRBO should be!!! Dont hesitate this is an excellent rental HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We had 10 people and the house was perfect for sleeping and having space. We rented a golf cart and 4 electric bikes and also had the 5 beach cruisers provided by the property. Love the proximity to Camp Watercolor, Tennis Club and easiness of getting to the mail pool and seaside. The management company was so helpful and accommodating. We loved our experience. Thank you!!!

This beautiful watercolor home was the perfect place for our fall break vacation. The house is very spacious and beautifully decorated. It was very clean upon arrival. The rental company was very easy to work with. The gourmet kitchen was fun to cook in. The bedrooms were big and the added bunk room was perfect for the little ones. The location was great for us, we enjoyed being across the street from camp watercolor for our small children. We loved the large front porch and balcony. We were so glad it came with plenty of bikes and a golf cart. We definitely stay here again.

It was in fantastic shape, clean, comfortable and being across from Camp Watercolor where the kids could walk out the front and cross the street to the park was a huge hit! The bikes and golf cart were also a huge perk and were used daily, not to mention being a 2 min golf cart ride away from Publix for any groceries. Any questions or minor hiccups we had were responded to and addressed promptly by the hosts! Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Watercolor!!

Reviewer Comments: We’ve been coming to Florida/Watercolor for the past 20 years, and this year’s Florida family vacation centered around our 5 grandchildren. With so many of us, the layout of the house was absolutely perfect! We even had some friends surprise us with a visit, and the downstairs guest bedroom was wonderful! Because we like to cook every night, the house was well supplied with everything needed to prepare our dinners. Thank you!On our second night, our a/c upstairs went out. Beach Habitats was quick to get a technician out; however, it would have been nice if BH would have checked in on us. We never received a call, but nonetheless, fortunately everything worked out and we had a/c by the end of the next afternoon.The location of the house is perfect if you have small children. Our grandchildren LOVED the Camp Watercolor pool and the playground that are both directly across the street. We planned to sit on the porch and watch the little ones swing and slide, but the 3 porch fans were out of order! We also loved the golf cart! We’ve never stayed in a house with one, and now we are hooked!Thank you for a great stay! We plan to reserve the house again for next year!

Great Location

We had plenty of room for our family and friends in the house . Golf cart a big plus for getting around Watercolor. Close to pool for the little ones.. Enjoyed sitting on the porch even if the fans weren't working

Great House - Golf Cart / Communication Problems

We have been to watercolor 4+ times this year and have been looking forward to this trip for months. The house was absolutely beautiful and met every expectation - unfortunately, when we arrived the golfcart had a flat tire. We called immediately and were told the prior renters had cracked the rim, but it would be quickly resolved. After switching out the tire the next day, my family rode to the beach and to the grocery store (were on it max 15 minutes). As we pulled into the grocery store, the steering wheel stopped working. To the renter's credit, they were always very quick to send help and it was much appreciated! My husband stayed at the grocery storey for over an hour talking to the repair person and helping him load the golfcart onto a truck. The repair man noted it was something in the steering wheel / they just needed one part that he did not have on them. The next day we were told the new wheel and new tire was damaged and it was insinuated that we had done "high impact damage." This had never come up when it was being examined in the parking lot and we literally rode on it for max 15 minutes and had 2 young children / 2 grandparents with us. My husband drove the whole time and he spent 4+ years working at a golf course so he knows how to operate a golf cart. We were shocked, beyond confused, and now without a golf cart for the majority of the trip. One of our kid's favorite parts of visiting watercolor is getting on the golf cart so it put a damper on the trip and my husband and I were really hurt by the way it was handled, especially since we showed up to it being broken so obviously whatever high impact activity occured happened before we got there. The renting company did comp us $100 for the trouble and again, the house is beautiful. Just based on the extra stress / confusion, we will not be renting from this company again for our future trips.

Spring Break 2022 in WaterColor, FL

We rented this property for Spring Break 2022 and could not have been more pleased. This was our 2nd trip to WaterColor and it didn’t disappoint. The house exceeded our expectation! It is in the perfect location and beautifully designed. From the kitchen to the bedrooms to the bathrooms, everything was of the highest quality. The management company was extremely professional, courteous and accommodating. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a magical vacation in WaterColor. We cannot wait to go back and can only hope that this property is available again!

Spring break week 2022

Very easy, no hassle reserving the property and payment was also very easy. Great communication with the rental property management team. Great location if you enjoy the pool is this home is right across the street from the community pool and a playground. Great for small children. Beach is about 1/2 to three-quarter mile away so do you need to use the golf cart provided to carry your beach supplies to the beach. Golf cart steering went out and they were unable to fix the golf cart for the last two days of our trip. Property management team was very helpful though, they came to pick us up from the location where the golf cart broke down. They took us back to the house and had the golf cart repair folks tow the golf cart back to the house. Unfortunately, they were unable to repair it while we were there but again, very helpful when we contacted them about the golf cart. There are five or six bicycles available that come with the house as well, we use them frequently so that was nice. And overall, we had a great time. All of the bedrooms are good size with plenty of room. There is a nice outdoor fireplace and grill to use. Kitchen and dining room and sitting room and living room And laundry room are downstairs. One bedroom is downstairs with four bedrooms upstairs.
