“Southern Charm” is a beautiful home located just steps away from Camp WaterColor! This lovely home offers 4 bedrooms, a bunk space, 4 full bathrooms. The house also comes with 5 bikes for your family to enjoy during your beach vacation! *Please note when reading reviews, this home no longer comes with a golf cart included. We offer a $300 credit for your stay when you rent a golf cart from the Electric Cart Company. Golf carts are on a first come first serve basis and have very limited availability. You should book as soon as you make your reservation. This home sleeps 12 but only comes with 10 watercolor wristbands, children 5 and under do not need a wristband.

This beautiful home greets you with a front porch that offers the perfect spot to relax each morning with your coffee. The expansive entryway flows into the spacious living room which features a game table. The dining room offers stylish seating for six guests and the kitchen island provides bar stool seating for 3 guests. The gourmet kitchen is great for those who love to cook for their family and friends with stainless steel appliances and plenty of storage available. A guest bedroom is located on the first floor with a king sized bed and a large work desk. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and laundry room on the first floor for convenience.

The second floor features a master bedroom that has a spacious walk-in closet and has access to the front balcony to enjoy the stunning views of WaterColor. The master bathroom offers a dual sink vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Next you will find the bunk space that has two twin over twin bunks. Two additional king guest bedrooms can be found on the second floor with each having their own ensuite bathrooms. The outdoor space of this home is just as lovely as the inside space. The patio provides comfortable seating while gathering around the brick fireplace or waiting for a delicious meal to be cooked with the propane gas grill.

Perfect Multi family Vacation Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time at this location and absolutely love the house, location and the amenities!! We had 10 people and the house was perfect for sleeping and having space. We rented a golf cart and 4 electric bikes and also had the 5 beach cruisers provided by the property. Love the proximity to Camp Watercolor, Tennis Club and easiness of getting to the mail pool and seaside. The management company was so helpful and accommodating. We loved our experience. Thank you!!!

Beautiful Home - Great Location - Just as advertised

Perfect house for multiple families with multiple kids. Across the street from Camp Watercolor. Convenient access to Publix and other amenities. You will need a cart or bike to get to the beach. Great home - will stay here again.

Loved all the appliances that worked top notch (just being honest, these homes get so much use...). The shower in upstairs master is heavenly, just make sure the handheld is not pointed at the door when water is turned on 😁 Booking with Beach Habitats was smooth and pleasant. Thank you for a great family vacation stay! ☀️

This beautiful watercolor home was the perfect place for our fall break vacation. The house is very spacious and beautifully decorated. It was very clean upon arrival. The rental company was very easy to work with. The gourmet kitchen was fun to cook in. The bedrooms were big and the added bunk room was perfect for the little ones. The location was great for us, we enjoyed being across the street from camp watercolor for our small children. We loved the large front porch and balcony. We were so glad it came with plenty of bikes and a golf cart. We definitely stay here again.
