KITCHEN
The state-of-the-art kitchen has just about everything a gourmet chef could need to prepare a tasty meal. Outfit with stainless steel appliances and a 6-burner gas range, there are plenty of tools, appliances, and glassware to cater to your crew. A few notable items include crock pot, air fryer, blender, Keurig with a selection of Starbucks coffee pods and a standard coffee maker. The kitchen has seating for at least 8 around the massive island and views of the fireplace and Smart TV in the living room. A 4-burner gas grill is just outside the kitchen door for all your grilling needs. Second refrigerator/freezer in the garage.

OUTDOOR SPACE
New patio! Beautiful, peaceful, and private wooded property is perfect for reconnecting with family and friends. Enjoy a star-lit night by the fire or watch a picture-perfect sunset in an Adirondack chair on the wraparound deck. Enjoy Happy hour under the gazebo or come home from a round of golf or a day on the slopes and soak in the 8-person hot tub overlooking the valley below.

LIVING AREAS
*MAIN FLOOR
The main floor living areas boasts a two-story vaulted windows showcase the natural beauty this home sits among. It features a sectional sofa that’s so comfortable, you’ll never want to get up. The wood-burning fireplace will keep you cozy on cold northern Michigan nights. There is a 60” smart TV for enjoying a family movie or catching the big game.

*LOWER LEVEL
Looking for a place to quietly relax? Do your kids need an entertainment space of their own? The basement living room is a great spot! There is a reclining leather sofa and two comfortable loveseats surrounding a 60” smart TV. A beverage station complete with drink fridge will keep your thirst quenched. The ping pong room is right off this living room making this a perfect place to watch a game between matches.

BEDROOMS
*MAIN - 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Shared bathroom with tub/shower combo.

*UPSTAIRS - Primary King bdrm with cathedral ceilings, powder room with Keurig coffee maker, large walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with huge shower and jacuzzi tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, Bedroom 3 has a full bed. Both share a bathroom with step-in shower.

*DOWNSTAIRS – Bedroom 1 has a King bed and sitting area. Bedroom 2 features 2 single bunk beds (sleeps 4 total) and a queen bed, perfect for families or kids. There is a shared bathroom with step-in shower.

SKI LOCKER
This unique feature of our home is one of the greatest! The ski locker off the garage foyer is a prime spot to get ready for the day. There are six spots complete with hooks and shelves to store all your snow gear. There are hangers in the garage for your skis and snowboards as well. This space gives you a great area to keep gear out of the way and organized.

LAUNDRY
Full-sized washer and dryer are on the upper floor with plenty of counter space to fold laundry. Detergent and fabric softener are available should you need.

OFFICE
Have a bit of work to do on vacation? The office on the upper floor is a beautiful room with custom glass doors that fill the space with natural light. There even is a switch for the lights outside the door should you need a way to signal to your crew that you are on a meeting. Wifi boosters throughout the house to maximize efficiency.

TRAVELING WITH KIDS?
We understand how difficult it can be to travel with all the kid essentials. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. We provide a pack-n-play (not including sheets), highchair, and kids’ dinnerware to save you the hassle.

TRAVELING WITH DOGS?
We know how important your 4-legged family members are and we want to make travel as easy as possible. We provide a large crate, doggie bowls, towels, blankets, and poop bags. We also have enzyme-based cleaners – we know accidents happen. Driveway salt is pet-safe.
