With its warm atmosphere and modern facilities, it's the perfect place to explore the city. Take advantage of its proximity to public transport and local attractions.
In the living room you will find a sofa, TV, coffee table and dining table. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including a hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.
The bedroom has a double bed (140x190) and a shower room with WC. You'll also find a washing machine, iron and hairdryer.
Make the most of this pleasant flat, located right next to Rouen station on the top floor of this Norman building. Plenty of parking spaces on the street or in neighbouring streets.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

Please note that the building does not have a lift and that the flat is located on the 3rd and top floor. Access may be difficult for people with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases.
Arrivals are via the ArchiDuchesse keymaster from 4pm to 8pm and departures must be no later than 11am.
The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the flat, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.
The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, baby-sitting, gourmet boxes, requests for sightseeing tours, creation of events (wedding proposals, birthdays, room themes, etc.) and much more!
