Park City and Jordanelle all season access and fun awaits you at this 3BR/2.5BA townhome in the Shores at Stillwater community! On powder days, make a short drive to the Jordanelle Express Gondola for access to Deer Valley slopes. The Jordanelle Reservoir is within five minutes. Spend summer days relaxing at the state park or cruising the water on a motorboat.

Enjoy glorious mountain views on either of the two balcony decks. Three floors of updated living space include high-end furnishings, a modern kitchen, and two fireplaces.

LIVING AREA

Vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace create the inviting ambiance of an upscale chalet in the main living area. Relax on the comfy sofa and watch favorite shows on the flat-screen TV.

The second living area is outfitted with a sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Home chefs will be delighted to find stainless steel appliances and spacious granite countertops in the kitchen. Perch at the kitchen bar for three.

The table in the dining area seats six to festive vacation meals.

BED & BATH

This three-story townhome sleeps 11 guests between three bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the second living area.

Find quiet privacy in the master bedroom, appointed with a stately king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity, a deep jetted tub, and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a full-size bed. These two rooms share access to a bathroom that includes a tub/shower combination.

A half bath provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The back deck is a covered retreat from which to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Or gather on the balcony to take in the sweeping mountain views. Four comfy armchairs invite you to kick back with morning coffee.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a twin rollaway bed, boot and glove warmers, as well as a washer/dryer, are provided. Parking is available for four cars (two in the garage and two in the driveway). Street parking is not permitted.

Great location & stay

This home was perfect for our family ski trip. Lots of room to spread out & had everything we needed. Love that we had a garage to park our car. Close proximity to everything - Park City & Midway. Dee was super responsive & helpful with advice on activities. We will plan another stay. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

THE BEST HOUSE NEAR PARK CITY!!!!!

Omg so many good things to say about this property! This was our home away from home!! It was in an excellent location. Only 12 min drive to main street park city. There was a hill in the back FILLED with snow and the kids were able to go sledding! It was a cozy home with a great fireplace and the VIEWS were SPECTACULAR!!! Highly highly recommend this place :) if you’re looking for a sign, this is IT!
