Welcome to Klaim, Park City! This luxury home blends contemporary architecture, breathtaking mountain vistas, and unparalleled outdoor views. The house is conveniently located just 10 minutes from Park City's historic Main Street and 10 minutes from world-class skiing at Deer Valley and Park City Resorts.

Upon arrival, guests will find plenty of parking; two cars may park in the private garage, and two additional vehicles will fit in the driveway. With an open floor plan featuring natural light, high ceilings, large windows, and hardwood flooring, this home is perfect for entertaining! There is plenty of space to store your sports gear in the garage, then head inside, where you'll find a powder room and two comfortable benches near the front door. The main floor features a chef's kitchen with all new, upgraded stainless steel Kitchenaid appliances, including a 6-burner gas range and French door fridge. The oversized kitchen island is perfect for preparing food or setting up a buffet-style meal for your guests. On the opposite side of the island is a roomy breakfast bar with comfortable seating for guests. The cupboards are thoughtfully stocked with all the dishes, pots, and pans you may need to create your favorite recipes! The kitchen opens to the dining room, with a modern dining room table and plush seating for up to 6 guests.

Adjacent to the dining room is the bright and spacious living room. With comfortable seating and a large smart TV, it's the perfect place to relax, stream your favorites, or catch the big game! The oversized gas fireplace creates a comfortable place to cozy up with your favorite book and enjoy the views! Breathtaking mountain and lake views are spectacular from the private balcony off the home's living room.

The primary suite is next to the dining room, featuring a high-end king-sized bed, a large HDTV, two nightstands, a large walk-in closet, and a gorgeous en suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom feels like a private spa and features an oversized walk-in glass shower and a double vanity. The primary suite also has a private door to the balcony, where you can enjoy the breathtaking views and fresh mountain air. When it's time to recharge the windows, all have room-darkening shades, making it ideal for a good night's rest.

Continuing upstairs, guests will discover an additional luxury living room and game room. Whether you are traveling with kids or are a kid at heart, we hope you'll enjoy the game room and board games! Next to the game room is a second living room with a smart HDTV and brand-new sofa (also a queen-sized bed). There is also a private balcony with stunning views of the lake and gorgeous mountains.

The first guest suite features a king-sized bed and breathtaking lake views. This bright and spacious bedroom also features plenty of closet space and outdoor access to a private upstairs balcony.

A Jack and Jill bathroom offers easy access and privacy between the two guest suites. The spacious bathroom features a large double vanity and a glass shower and tub.

The warm and inviting second guest suite has vaulted ceilings and a queen-sized bed. It also has the perfect spot to work from anywhere with a private desk and computer monitor. The closet provides plenty of storage for clothing. The new HE washer and dryer are conveniently located on this floor.

During the summer months, immerse yourself in the wonders of nature by hiking picturesque mountain trails, mountain biking, or golfing at one of the many beautiful courses in the surrounding areas. Indulge in fishing, boating, paddle-boarding, or jet-skiing on the nearby rivers and lakes, including the Jordanelle and Deer Creek Reservoirs. With Deer Valley Resort's Jordanelle ticket office and gondola nearby or a short drive to Park City Mountain, one of North America's largest ski resorts, you'll have easy access to exhilarating slopes. Additionally, off-slope adventures such as snowshoeing, sledding, and snowmobiling in the majestic Uinta Mountains await.
