You'll find two clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, and large mirrors in this home. Each bathroom has a shower/tub combo. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful granite countertops and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. There are two stools at the counter for extra seating. The open-plan setting offers an unobstructed view out into both the living and dining areas and the backyard.
The dining table is nearly 9 ft long and has enough chairs for 8 guests, with an additional 2 chairs at the bar just behind it.

There is a parking spot in the driveway and plenty of parking on the street. There's also a Brand New Hot that is free of use, but this amenity is shared with guests from the Downstairs unit. GUEST ACCESS:
You’ll have access to every room and feature of this unit except the owner’s closet. You will not have access to the basement, garage, or laundry room. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby.
PARKING:
Please park directly in front of the house or directly across the street. Please DO NOT park in front of the neighbor’s house.
The space is accessible via keyless entry! The door code will be sent to you prior to check in. Enter the code then hit the lock symbol to unlock the door. Wait a few seconds prior to attempting to open the door. When leaving the unit, simply hit the lock button to lock the door. If you are checking in after 10 PM, please be respectful of quiet hours/house rules. The second entrance is at the rear of the property near the sliding glass door.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
This property is a duplex and you will be renting the Upstairs Unit. The Upstairs Unit is totally separate and inaccessible from the Downstairs Unit (which is also a short term rental).
Shared Space: Each unit has its own private dining area outside but we do ask that the hot tub be shared with the Downstairs Unit guests during your stay, if the Downstairs Unit is booked.
The home is equipped with a smart thermostat that can be adjusted remotely - message your hose with your preferred temperature. The house only has one thermostat so we try to keep the space around 70 degrees.
This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors and downstairs guests is very important. No parties please! If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
During your stay the below maintenance may take place:
- The hot tub crew usually stops by every Thursday.
- The lawn care team typically drops by every Thursday.
- The trash company collect garbage every Friday morning or on Saturday.
