We would have said excellent location but for us old ladies the night life noise was disruptive at night. But it was convenient to 4th, the University etc. overall it was a very nice stay and the place was very well equipped. Thank you Christopher!
The apartment (duplex) was clean and in great condition. Instructions were accurate and we never needed to disturb the host. Had a Keurig coffee maker with some pods but we grabbed a favorite for the short stay. The bunk bed worked, but probably best for kids. This property is in a great right off 4th Avenue so there was no shortage of noise as the bars nearby closed down on weekend nights. Our stay occurred when UofA was in session. That does not reflect on the property, just an observation. The price of convenience to the action.Would stay here again with the right size group or with 2 adults sharing the main bedroom.
This was a nice place to stay and was surprisingly quiet for the location. We only needed one room. The bunk beds may work well for children. The cost is rather high but I suppose that's because of its location.
Generally speaking, it was a really a great place. Only reason I didn’t give it five stars was some neighborhood street noise and the lighting in the bathroom areas were dim, especially for shaving, etc. quite small potato's, so 4 1/2 stars in my book…
Only there for a short stop, but the place worked out great for us. Great coffee shop across the street, easy access to public transportation and close to campus. Hosts were very responsive and very friendly. We'd return next time we're in Tuscon!
Great location. House was cozy. Only thing I would say is the bathroom in the living room is very small so if you’re going with multiple people who you may not want to share a bathroom with be aware as it’s a part of the living room so very little privacy. Host was great.
Came to Tucson to visit my daughter at UOA. This place is super close to campus and right off of 4th Ave and Congress where so many cool shops and restaurants are located!
The house was clean, cozy and the bed was very comfortable! Definitely would stay here again.
The location is excellent, house was clean and hosts were responsive. I would recommend this house because it's in walking distance to fourth, hotel, Congress, and close to the University.
This cute place was right next to all the night life. It came with a parking pass and there’s cute details like a guestbook that you can add to and retro kitchen appliances. I would definitely recommend!
Communication with Chris was great and the home was clean and conveniently located as advertised! Beautiful desert hikes to remember and good base to explore Tucson, U of A, and beyond!

What makes this property unique
Location location location! On 15 December 2015, Tucson, Arizona, became the first UNESCO City of Gastronomy designated in the United States. This home is in the center of it all. There are countless restaurants and bars within walking distance.
