Wonderful space for a small group. Perfect for 4 adults in beds and 2 kids under 10 on the floor with our own air mattresses. Loved the location on Main Street so we could walk to the places we wanted to see and a short ride to Lake Andrew to enjoy Sibley State Park.
We come to New London every year to visit friends. We will hope to reserve this property every time from now on. The rental is clean, updated, and had snacks - which is a welcome treat when checking in after stores close. Rent this location, you will not regret it!
Lovely, spacious loft above a local boutique downtown New London.
The unit itself looks better in-person than the photo show (and the photos are good!). Well equipped & extremely clean.
This was a great place to stay for the weekend. We walked to the brewery the first night, ate at the local spot for breakfast, grabbed a coffee and a book at the local coffee shop, went to the farmers market. Grabbed some snacks at the coop across the street.
The apartment was perfect. Clean, comfortable, well-stocked with what we needed. The bed was very comfortable - as were the pillows! WIth the high ceilings and sky light, it felt airy and cozy at the same time.
My stay was absolutely perfect. The location was great (right in downtown New London). It was within walking distance of everything, yet it was private and quiet. Parking was easy as well. The owners did a wonderful job with the layout and decor. The apartment is open and modern. The property managers were really helpful and great to communicate with. I’d recommend this apartment to anyone. Thank you for the opportunity to stay here. I loved it.
It is located in a wonderful area! We could walk to get coffee, donuts, lunch, dinner, and even some shopping. Our kids go to a camp in the area and until this year we always stayed at a hotel, but we will definitely try to stay here from now on!
There was a random portion cup of ketchup in the fridge and my daughter said the toilet wasn’t flushed (we didn’t see though since she went in there first) when we arrived, but other than that it was wonderfully clean!
It was nice and spacious. My husband and I were even able to slide the couch back and get our workouts done in the living room which was wonderful since we had brought a few weights with.
Beautiful and clean apartment in the heart of New London
This was a great rental. My husband said it was the cleanest and nicest vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in and I agree. The pull out couch and extra bedding was convenient for a night when we unexpectedly had an extra family member stay with us. The location was perfect for enjoying the Water Days celebrations- we could watch the parade and fireworks right from the apartment. It’s on the same block as a good brewery, restaurants, and shops. We had our 11 month old baby with us so we purchased a baby gate for the stairs, I would recommend that if traveling with small children. The only annoying thing was that the house was missing some basic cleaning supplies (I really wanted to spray down the granite counters and windex the glass coffee table) and only had one roll of toilet paper so I kept having to go to the store- the BP gas station is well stocked. I’m very grateful this spot was available and we will definitely try to rent it again next time we visit new london.
