Why they chose this property

This cozy, modest home has been converted into separate apartments with private entrances for each unit. We use it for ministry to provide housing for support staff and interns who serve on my mission team. While I'm traveling, we offer affordable housing in our cozy house to traveling nurses, other missionaries and short-term visitors/residents to Minot.

What makes this property unique

Private, cozy living accommodations for a home-away-from-home feeling with full-size appliances and a safe, secure environment for travelers and short-term visitors/residents to Minot. We're approx. 1/2 mile from Trinity Hospital and walking distance to the beautiful Roosevelt Park (with water slides and skate park in the Summer) and the Roosevelt Park Zoo.
