Our stay was wonderful. The location was great although driving in and out was tricky due to extremely narrow roads. The village is one of our favorites. The house was nice and had good air conditioning which was helpful during a heat wave. We had to purchase basics like coffee etc which would have been nice to have upfront but there are supermarkets about 20mnts away to purchase provisions as there are no grocery stores in the immediate area.

Dear Irma, thank you for staying wit us, and for sharing your experience. Well noted on the coffee. There is a grocery store 5 min away from the house, and fresh bread, cake, cheese, ham, fruits and vegetables down the street near the restaurant Le Tilleul. I am sorry that you were not shown where these small shops are. It is true that there is no supermarket within the ramparts, the closest supermarket is 10 min drive. Thank you again for staying with us and I hope you had a safe trip back. Isaure
Such a beautiful property directly in the village. The host has wonderful communication and exceeded all our expectations. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home inside of the walls of St Paul de Vence. The floor plan is funky in that bathrooms so not include the toilet and two bedrooms share a toilet which has access through a tiny space listed as a bedroom . We never used the living area downstairs as it doesn’t offer comfortable furniture, the roof deck is quite small, but nice view . The front door lock required help from strangers 3 X to open . Manager was not available . One regular size pillow for all 3 bedrooms, no pillow case for it . Other than that it was lovely .

Dear Holly, thank you again for staying with us and we are happy that you enjoyed the location, the view and the village. For future guests we would like to clarify that the house has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 3 toilets, and that the tiny space with air conditioning is not listed as a bedroom. The house offers 2 living areas, one upstairs with sofa and armchair, and one downstairs with benches and a TV. Regarding the front door lock, we are happy that you were able to contact our concierge who called our neighbor, a friend, who kindly came immediately to show you how to open the front door. The handle must be kept vertical as you turn the key. We are pleased that the issue was quickly resolved. Concerning the pillows and duvets, there are 10 pillows available in the house and additional duvets in each room (cupboards). We would have been happy to show you where they were if you had difficulty locating them. Thank you again for your stay with us and for sharing your experience. Best regards, Isaure
The most unique and amazing location we’ve stayed in. Loved having the washer and dryer even though we had to YouTube instructions for this convertible type. The rooftop view of the mountains, snow covered Alps all the way to the Med Sea was incredible. We drove our car into the village but just be aware it’s very narrow. You can park on the street below but don’t forget to pay for parking at the meter down the street. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the heated towel racks. Walking the Village at night and early mornings without many tourists was breathtaking. So many pictures. The hostess was excellent getting back to us when we had questions. Thank you for letting us stay in your very special, wonderful home. Doug and Sandy
