Beautiful sea view and direct beach access, charming 2-bedroom apartment, sleeps 4/5, everything within walking distance, reserved outdoor parking. Located on Eyrac beach, on the 3rd floor facing the sea with lift and no street to cross, apartment with sea view and balconies facing east. The beach is magnificent, ideal for young and old at all tides. The town centre and activities are a 5-minute walk away, the train station is 800m away, and the bakery is 2 minutes away. The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, press, ovens) and with quality bedding, 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 baby cot. Bathroom with bathtub/shower, separate toilet, TV.,
Free Wi-Fi, linens on request
Please allow €70 for a cleaning fee and a €700 security deposit check (not cashed) which will be included in the rental agreement, which will be drawn up for everyone's peace of mind.

Séjour agréable à Arcachon

Appartement très bien situé, surplombant la plage d'Eyrac à laquelle on accède directement, et à proximité immédiate du centre-ville. Il a été rénové récemment. Contact simple avec sa propriétaire, qui nous a très bien conseillés aussi pour notre séjour.
