The apartment shines with its maisonette charm and new, high-quality furnishings. The high-quality residential complex was only completed in 2016.

The apartment is about 5 minutes walk from the beach. In about 300 meters you can reach one of the most beautiful beach sections in Scharbeutz and the newly designed dune mile (pedestrian zone) with numerous restaurants, cafes and shops.

In the lower area there is the spacious living room with the open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. From the living room you can reach the south-facing balcony with seating. The bathroom has a comfort shower and a toilet. A washing machine is available to guests free of charge in the apartment. A staircase leads to the second level, each with two separate bedrooms. Two comfortable single beds and a flat-screen TV can be found in the first bedroom. The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed. Underfloor heating ensures additional comfort.

Super ausgestattet mit perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und es mangelt an nichts. Einzig ein Dosenöffner wurde vermisst, aber vermutlich haben wir den nur nicht gefunden. Die Einrichtung ist dezent und liebevoll und vermittelt einem schnell das Gefühl von "Zuhause". Die gut platzierten Fenster halfen die aufgeheizte Wohnung zum Abend schnell runterzukühlen. Lage ist unschlagbar. Ruhig gelegen und dennoch in 3 min Fußmarsch an der Promenade. Einziges Manko war der viele Hausstaub der sich gesammelt hat, oder einfach schnell kommt. Habe eine Hausstauballergie und konnte die ersten Tage kaum durchatmen. Selbst nach mehrfachem durchsaugen und Staubwischen, wühlte dieser immer so stark auf, dass man diesen im Sonnenschein deutlich sehen konnte. Aber ansonsten hat die Wohnung total überzeugt und wir werden mit Sicherheit erneut buchen. P. S. Die Idee mit den LEDs im kleinen Zimmer sowie die CDS hat unsere 2 jährige Tochter geliebt - so sehr, dass wir es direkt zuhause nachgemacht haben.

Kurzurlaub

Sehr schöne, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, die nicht, wie so oft in Ferienwohnungen 08/15 eingerichtet ist. Dadurch hat man sofort ein Zuhausegefühl. Es ist alles da, was man so gebrauchen könnte. Der Strand und die dazugehörige Meile sind in 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr empfehlenswert!
