This beautiful condominium is located in a luxury residential development located on the Pacific Coastal waters of Costa Rica, on preferred south Jacó Beach. The exterior visual architecture was inspired by Mediterranean and Tuscan styles, complementing the surrounding mountains and ocean.

This is a charming 2 bedroom 3 bath condo that is very tastefully decorated with high end furnishings. Both bedrooms have A/C, the master bedroom has a big walk-in closet, the master bathroom features his and hers sinks and lots of space. Located on the ground floor, which gives it the highest ceilings in the development with a large terrace that overlooks the peaceful and relaxing center courtyard and swimming pool and lets the breeze come in.
Master bedroom has king bed / Guest bedroom queen bed.

Costa Rica experience

We had a fabulous time in Jaco! The only hiccup was that we had to move condos halfway through our stay as the owner sold it! Next time we will ask if this could be a possibility as I didn’t think it was fair to ask us to move when the owner had advertised the dates we choose and accepted full payment. Our property manager was amazing and very accommodating and found us another place in the same complex which was really nice!

Great 2 bedroom Condo In Jaco

This condo was listed as having beach access, so we did not expect that to be the best part of the location. It turns out to be a fantastic beach, soft sand, warm water, gradual drop off, calm inlet, great too for beginning surfers. The sand is a bit dark but otherwise was the best of all the beaches we spent money visiting The walk to the beach is a path over a creek between properties, so very close. Daily we enjoyed the fantastic sunset and time to walk and swim. The condo is exactly as the pictures show. A few things needed attending to like a leaky AC, but was dealt with promptly. The place attracts families to the pool area, so you should expect the joyful sound of children. The walk to town is 10-15 minutes, and there is everything you need there. We managed without a car, just using taxi or tourists vans to take us on outings. The birding is great, and wildlife in general is abundant. It is quite humid here so it is best to do activities early or late in the day. I would highly recommend this place. The owner speaks excellent English and responds in a timely manner. There are two great restaurants right near the condo. Great value for the dollar. The beds are firm. There are several TV’s with a complete cable package of shows, and can be in English or Spanish. The AC was great and we were very comfortable.
