Once through the door at Royal Pelican Unit 182 and you'll know your choice for the perfect accommodations on Fort Myers Beach was found. This immaculate two bedroom, two full bathroom, elevated first floor condo has been tastefully decorated.

The entrance opens to the modern kitchen. Blonded wood cabinets, solid surface counters and newer appliances are just a few of the features of this wonderful, organized space. A bright dining area off the kitchen is ideal for reading the morning paper with your coffee. A pass through between the kitchen and dining room make clean up a breeze.

The living room is spacious and bathed in natural light from the wall of sliding glass doors overlooking the intersecting canals and marina below. Rich leather furnishings will have you relaxing in style. A large flat screen TV will keep you up to-date with the world events or your favorite show. High speed wireless internet has also been provided.

Just off the living room is the screened in lanai. Overlooking the backside of Fish Tale Marina you will love watching the boats come and go and the dolphins that come in to play in the waters below the condo.

The master bedroom is complete with a king size bed, in-room TV, full ensuite bath, large walk-in closet, and your own private screened in lanai. Your guests will be well taken care of down the hall in the guest room. A spacious queen bed is perfect for their needs!

A full size private washer and dryer will assist you with all your laundry needs. This condo also has one private under building parking space as well.

Your next stop at Royal Pelican could be the shuffleboard courts for a game or two, or cool off with a dip in the pool. Grab a book and stretch out in the Florida sun poolside while soaking up those warming rays.

Of course 7 miles of white sugar sand beach are just a short walk from the condo just waiting for you to explore. A deeded beach access at the crosswalk allows for safe and quick egress to the beach. Santini Marina plaza is less than a 10 minute walk from the condo. Here you will find numerous shops and restaurants for your shopping and dining pleasure.

Please note this condo is both pet free and smoke free. In additional the condo association rules prohibit rentals for less than one full month. While we would love to rent for less, we are unable. You are more than welcome to stay for a month or longer though!
