About this property

Our complex is up and running after Hurricane Ian! We have private parking, remodeled kitchen and bathroom with walk in shower. We also have HDTV and On-Demand movies and TV. From your balcony, view many species of colorful birds to see such as pelicans, egrets, osprey, and herons as well as dolphins swimming in the surf.

Come and enjoy the large heated pool with luxurious sun deck for crowd-free sunning or sports activities. Access to the beach is only a few steps after you exit the building. Tennis and Pickleball courts are available to those who enjoy those sports. Take early morning, afternoon, or sunset walks on the sand of this most beautiful beach. Beach sunsets are too beautiful to describe!

New shops and restuarants are almost opening daily but there is a long way to go. Margaritaville is open with 6 new restaurants and also can can be enjoyed with a daily pass for all their other activities. CVS is open 100 yards from properlty and Publix is open about 2 miles away. We rent Saturday to Saturday except for Summer months. Also, our condominium association requires a minimum of 7 days rental.

NOTE: Please notice the difference between the views of our unit and some of the other units also advertised in VRBO. You don't have to look sideways to have water views.

Condo paradise

The condo was as described. Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Condo was nice and clean. Very cozy. Mike was very attentive to any questions. One of our sons surprised us for my husbands birthday. Which made our stay even better! Met some wonderful people on the beach. Still construction in the area, but that didn’t take away from our trip. We would recommend this condo and may even stay again. We were very satisfied. Vacations are hard to come by with our professions. Was nice to enjoy ourselves.

Nice three week vacation

The property is a nice location and enjoyed the stay though so many businesses are closed due to Ian damage! Glad to be on the island !

Oh yeah!

We just finished a wonderful week at this place!! It was perfect for us!! We loved having a direct view of the ocean and beach. The condo was so comfortable and well appointed. Mike and Suzanne were very accommodating and communicated well. The only bad part of our week was leaving. It was so good to be back to FMB!!

Winter vaca

Unit was clean and quiet...some construction noise from another building but nothing that bad...so glad they continue to clean up from the hurricane...my heart goes out to all that were affected by it.

Amazing Sunsets

This condo was very well equipment with everything you needed for an amazing beach vacation . The host was always very responsive with any questions we had. Yes Hurricane Ian caused a lot of damage in the surrounding area , but I would definitely stay there again.
