Spectacular Sunsets with Direct Gulf views, Pool, 11th floor, Private Wi-Fi

Gorgeous direct beach views with beach extension of 250 feet in January 2025!! Come and enjoy the large, heated pool with luxurious sun deck for crowd-free sunning or sports activities. Access to the beach is only a few steps after you exit the building. We provide Beach Towels, Chairs, Umbrella, and Cooler and a beach wagon to carry those items. From your balcony, view many species of colorful birds to see such as pelicans, egrets, osprey, and herons as well as dolphins swimming in the surf. Tennis and Pickleball courts are available to those who enjoy those sports. Take early morning, afternoon, or sunset walks on the sand of this most beautiful beach. Beach sunsets are too beautiful to describe!

We Provide:

Towels and Linens
Beach Towels, Chairs, Umbrella, and Cooler and a beach wagon to carry those items.

We are located across the street from Santini Plaza which has some shops open and soon will have multiple Shops, Bars, and Restaurants. The Fort Myers Beach Farmer’s Market has returned to Santini Plaza from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday. A CVS pharmacy & 7-Eleven are open at this time which are about 100 yards from our complex. Publix grocery store is open 2 miles to the north and Junkanoo and Fresh Catch Bistro are behind on the back bay behind Publix. These are favorite of ours when we visit.

Our unit is probably the only condo that has a separate A/C unit in the bedroom which is really needed in the summer months. Please notice the difference between the views of our unit and some of the other units also advertised in VRBO. You don't have to look sideways to have water views.

Laundry room on main floor uses quarters or download the app and pay with a credit card.

Property amenities include heated pool, BBQ grills, tennis / pickleball courts and shuffleboard.

We rent Saturday to Saturday except for Summer months. Also, our condominium association requires a minimum of 7 days rental. Address of property is 7360 Estero Blvd, Fort Myers Beach, 33931

We had everything we needed! The view is fabulous and Mike allowed us to check out late since our flight arrived late. Nice quiet beach and area. Will definitely recommend to our friends and will definitely come back. Well worth our money. Thank you Mike for your kindness and hospitality.

Amazing! Incredible! Beautiful! Stunning

I cannot say enough awesome things about our stay. The condo was everything we expected and more. The VIEW! The view is breathtaking! We had everything we needed for an absolute perfect stay! Mike was very easy to communicate with from the initial reservation to the minute we left the property. We have stayed at EBTC for 4 years now, and this year we had an experience that gave us memories that will last a lifetime. We are already planning to schedule for next July. Thank you for sharing your peice of paradise with us.

It was a fun visit

Fort Myers Beach is pretty clean. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was an outstanding stay. We hope to return again sometime.

Lovely place & fantastic view!

This condo is wonderful - all things you need and very well maintained. View is gorgeous as promised! Mike was a great host and we plan to go back when weather is a little warmer than it was during our January stay. We had a great time and this condo is perfect for a couple's getaway.

Excellent place!

Everything was wonderful! Beautiful place, awesome views. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Was nice to have beach chairs, towels, & a cooler to use for the beach as we are limited by traveling by motorcycle. Will definitely book this place again!

Amazing Sunsets

This condo was very well equipment with everything you needed for an amazing beach vacation . The host was always very responsive with any questions we had. Yes Hurricane Ian caused a lot of damage in the surrounding area , but I would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous Vacation!!

We had a wonderful week at Mike & Suzanne's condo. Beautiful views of the beach from the balcony. The condo had everything that you could need and was spotless. We appreciated the comfort of their place. Pool and beach were top notch. We would definitely like to rent their place again.

Amazing views!

My husband and I stay a week and absolutely fell in love with the area. The condo was amazing and had everything you could think of. Basically just had to bring our clothes and food. Well worth it! The view was amazing, we were able to see manatees, dolphins and turtles from our balcony. The area was not too busy, some construction still going on to rebuild but nothing that made our visit bad. Very friendly area. Highly recommend.

Winter Getaway

We have stayed at EB&T several times, but this was the first time in this unit. The view is amazing and the unit is very well equipped. We had a few times that I needed to contact Mike, and he was very quick with responding and taking care of our needs. It is a great unit!

Best kid free trip!

This condo was even better than we expected. The views were amazing and just steps from a quiet beach! We got to see dolphins swim from the balcony, and a few even swam close by as we were in the water. We enjoyed using the kitchen and the grill just outside the building to keep us socially distanced during these fun COVID times. Check in was so easy and communication was great! Thank you for a much needed kid free week away at your amazing condo!

Great place to stay

This was an amazing place to stay. The description and photos very accurately described the unit. The building has a clean warm pool and the grounds were well kept. There is everything you need in the apt, including beach and shower towels, beach chairs, very comfortable deck chairs and tennis racquets. We enjoyed watching the sunrises with our coffee and the sunsets with our wine on the deck. The extra comfortable deck chairs were used every day. Looking forward to returning to this unit in the near future. Thanks

Great condo with a great view! Beautiful sunsets & also sunrises!!

We stayed in this condo January 6th-13th & what a great week it was! The shelling was fantastic & I’ve never seen so many conch shells on a beach before. Took home an unbelievable amount of shells. Good thing we were driving & not flying. We saw dolphins almost every day & many times very close to the shore. We found the condo to be very clean & equipped with everything you would need from plenty of trash bags, dishwasher detergent, spices, coffee & more! The condo has plenty of space for two people & is quite comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious. There is no washer & dryer in the unit, but it wasn’t a problem since we didn’t need to do laundry while there for just a week. There is a laundry facility on the main floor when entering the building. The swimming pool was very warm & felt like bath water. The pool is located between building A & B and is just a short walk away; also just a short walk out to the beach. We loved staying at this resort & is very well maintained with beautiful landscaping. When driving back toward Ft. Myers Beach, traffic can get very congested at certain times of the day when having to cross the bridge back to Ft. Myers so allow plenty of time when going that way such as going to dinner in the evening or mid day when everyone is going to the public beach. There are several restaurants close by & a gas grill on the property which we used a couple of times. Lovers Key State Park was nice to visit with a beautiful beach. Bonita Springs is a short drive away & is a beautiful area. When we have an opportunity to go back to Ft. Myers Beach, we would gladly stay in condo 1104C again.

Once again our stay did not disappoint! This was our 2nd time staying in this condo since July (2025). The condo was very clean and provides everything you need for a day at the beach to all the cooking supplies if you decide to make it a night "in". The view from the balcony is priceless. We saw more salt water life activity than ever: dolphin, manatee, schools of fish, and the shelling on this end of the island was so much fun. The south end of the island is quiet and tranquil which is perfect for us. Across the street is Santini Plaza, shops are open and I was told a restaurant or two are coming soon! We will be back and we already cannot wait!

We just can’t say enough about this beautiful property. We spent a whole lot of time on the balcony. Every morning we watched dolphin swim by along & pelicans & all other kinds of birds. The beach is fantastic. Calming, still blue and green water ruffling on shore with all kinds of sandpipers & other birds playing in the water. The hosts are fantastic. Their communication is unbelievably quick when you have questions. They make sure that you have every possible thing that you could need and make the process very simple, if not enjoyable. The unit has absolutely everything you could possibly need. Plenty of clean, soft towels, not to mention the very soft bedsheets! Spices and condiments were already in the kitchen.I always worry about the bed when we go away and I had absolutely no trouble sleeping on this king-size bed.Everything is a very short drive. Great restaurants to select from… All of which were very good. Mr. Waves Island Bar was our favorite breakfast spot. Great, friendly waitresses/bartenders made every visit enjoyable and rewarding.There is a separate a/c unit provided in the master bedroom, which was absolutely wonderful. We like the room quite cool when we’re sleeping & this kept things the perfect temperature. The sunsets are absolutely to die for especially when dolphins go happily flipping through. We absolutely will stay here again, & if you choose to stay there, you won’t be disappointed.

It’s great to see FMB coming back to life. Still no restaurants on the South End, but a new coffee shop has opened at Santini plaza. The host is easy to communicate with and the view from this property is spectacular. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation is right there.
