Upon entering your condo on the seventh floor, a corner unit, you are drawn to the outstanding panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and Sanibel Island. Estero Beach and Tennis 703B is a one-bedroom, one full bath condo, with kitchen, living room/dining area and balcony. There is tile flooring throughout. Entry is into a foyer and then the open plan kitchen, dining/living area with balcony. This condo is equipped with ceiling fans in the kitchen/dining area and bedroom.

The fully equipped kitchen is nestled to the right upon entry, with beautiful solid surface countertops and backsplash accented by corner stainless steel kitchen sink, refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, and built-in above-range microwave oven. In the dining/living area is a table seating four, and the living area is furnished with a sleeper-sofa, end table with lamp and side chair, opposite which is a flat screen TV next to the kitchen area. There are sliding glass doors to the furnished balcony where you will catch the most amazing sunsets and sunrises.

The primary bedroom offers comfort and convenience with a king-size bed, anight stands with lamps and a chest of drawers, and of course windows opening out on two sides where its gulf and resort views everywhere you look. There is also ample closet space in the large en suite bathroom, which also has a walk-in shower, commode, and a single-piece vanity with lavatory. For your convenience a coin operated laundry facility is available at ground level.

The Estero Beach and Tennis Club provides a plethora of amenities for your enjoyment, including tennis and pickleball courts and plenty of parking. Our stay at EBTC was wonderful. The condo is appointed with everything you need for your stay (EXCEPT beach towels, fyi). Can't be much closer to the white sands than this. Sunsets were unobstructed and magnificent. VTrips gets a 12/10; they respond so quickly and do everything they can to meet your needs. Our one complaint is that the bed and linens REALLY need to be upgraded. The mattress is cheap and hard, linens thin and worn. Remember these buildings went up in the 80s so they are NOT new construction. Some show this more than others. But this unit was clean and ready for us and made for a wonderful stay.

Location, location.

Despite the beach recovery in progress, and traffic, we love the location. Gulf views, sun exposure, and everyone is there to take it all in.The condos are showing thier age a bit, not to mention the storm. But it is comfortable and well equiped.

Unit was on 7th floor facing the gulf. Fantastic sunsets with great walking beach. Many good restaurants are within walking distance. Unit showed its age with some cushions torn, stain on bedspread and a few other minor issues.

Absolutely perfect!

I stayed here mid June 2022, this is a super great location on the beach! If I get a chance again, I would definitely rebook! The location of this studio condo is on the south part of Estero Island where it is fairly peaceful and quite. Perfect direct access to the beach and the balcony has amazing views of the ocean and beautiful sunsets, this was my main reason for booking. The condo itself is basic for the needs although the bed wasn’t as comfortable as I was expecting. The bedding set was old and stained but a bedding set in the closet was prettier and more updated in style - it would’ve been nice to see that out instead. Plenty of pillows, blankets, bath and beach towels. The kitchen had the essential cooking dishes and plates/utensils. The only gripe I had was with the hairdryer- it was super, super old … it almost felt like a toy because it didn’t blow out any air. The TV is small, it would’ve been nice to enjoy watching it in bed on a few of the rainy days during my stay. The building itself is maintained but older. The swimming pool is small and closes at 7:45pm every night but the beach was better! Across the street there is a plaza that you can walk to that has shops and restaurants so that was very convenient and a CVS next to that plaza. The check-in/out process was very easy and simple. Like I said earlier, I would definitely book again!

Good morning,I’m following up on a phone conversation I had with one of your representatives. I had called earlier in our stay this week with serious concerns about the status of the room.For multiple serious issues, the unit ranges from electrical outlet, plumbing, a variety of other things in including the shower curtain, which literally was not attached to the wall-falling on us multiple times.To start with, unit was absolutely not advertised. The furniture was out of date and in poor condition-broken handles, ripped furniture. The door hinges have all been painted over, making them difficult to not only an open and close, but certainly aesthetically look very poor. There were very limited cups as well.The plumbing fixtures for the shower are in incredibly poor condition. The shower valve cover plate is not even attached to the wall, allowing water to leak behind the wall. The pictures don’t show it exclusively, but the outlets are loose. The main table in the kitchen area has been split, and it was fixed by driving a screw through the outside into the wood. The bedframe and mattress completely low end. Absolutely nothing to brag about. There are just so many things it’s hard to completely document everything.We’ve been coming to EBTC for 30 years and this is the worst prepared unit that we’ve stayed in. We rented through VRBO. This unit will certainly get poor reviews. The view from the balcony is incredible, but it’s difficult to get it because the sliding screen

Location - location - location - the view is a-m-a-z-i-n-g! 3 patio doors and 3 windows all facing the private beach – no public access. The unit has a full bath (including a tub), a good-sized closet, nice balcony (with chairs and a small table), a full kitchen (but no dishwasher), plenty of open parking. They provide beach chairs and umbrella. The building is secure with keyless entries (be aware, you will be locked out at exactly your check-out time). Great pool! However, the condo has a few misses: the listing is slightly misleading as it is NOT a one-bedroom, but a studio only. There is no washer/dryer in unit, but there is a laundry on main floor of condo building (no basket provided). TV is very small and located on a kitchen counter; very hard to watch from bed. Outlets - need to be replaced! They are loose and plugs keep falling out. Very little starter supplies provided. Had to buy paper products, dish soap, etc. Simple kitchen supplies a little short (no whisk or spatula). However, five coffee makers and two toasters? But shot glass very helpful ;-). Beach chairs pretty worn out and no beach towels provided.
