The open concept kitchen and living area space opens onto a sprawling balcony with dazzling views of Lovers Key State Park, Estero Bay, Fort Myers Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. You'll want to spend hours relaxing on your balcony enjoying nature at its best.

The kitchen features beautiful countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and utensils you will need to create culinary delights for you and your guests. Bar stools allow your guests to pull up to the counter to keep the cook engaged in all the fun right through meal prep. The kitchen is a pleasure to use with its dishwasher, microwave oven, stove, full size refrigerator , coffee maker and toaster - everything you need.

Paradise found!

We have stayed at this unit for several years prior to the hurricanes, and are so glad it is available once again. Lou is a great host, and has done a super job preparing the unit. We are already looking forward to next year.

AWESOME VIEW!

This property was very nice clean with awesome views. The Private beach was almost empty daily, and super close to the pool/hot tub area. My only wish is that the pool area would have been open past dusk, but rules are rules I guess.

First owner is super nice and easy to work with. Very clean and lovely decorated, has everything you need for a wonderful time. Views from balcony to die for, spent a lot of time out there just relaxing and reading. Property very clean and everyone friendly. Hopefully will be returning in September.

Wonderful experience

This was a terrific property! On the 9th floor with views of the Gulf and the Bay. There are code pads on each door (even the gate outside to the private beach) for keyless entry and no contact check in. The bed was very comfortable! We did a lot of cooking and had most everything we needed in the kitchen. Full kitchen with 3 bar stools at counter, ice maker in frig, oven/stove, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, carafe coffee maker, toasteroven, blender, and much more.. Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc. that can be watched on the couch or in bed. Dressers and closet for clothes. Plenty of towels, beach towels, bedding, etc. We did a bit of cleaning when we first arrived as there were spiders and webs covering the couch and pillows, headboard and bed skirt. Don't get me wrong, it was a very clean and cute condo, just seemed like no one had stayed there for awhile or the cleaning people just did the basics. Other than that this place was perfect for us! There were even beach bags, a cooler, sunscreen, extra toothbrushes, binoculars, maps of the area, table and 2 chairs on the balcony and more! The private beach is small but perfect and you can walk all the way around the island beach if you want to! We were just a short drive to Fort Myers Beach, Keywest Express, Bonita Beach and more. Also ate at Flippers, a restaurant within walking distance by one of the other resorts there. (There are 3 including these condos). Absolutely perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo with beach access and beautiful views.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Fort Myers Beach and this condo worked out very well. The layout was great for the 2 of us. The kitchen was spacious for the size of the condo and it was well stocked with cooking items to prepare our food. The owner was responsive and sent out a welcome email which I appreciated. Great experiance!

Private beach. That should be enough said but there's so much more. You are pretty close to everything without being in the middle of everything. The property itself was amazing with not a bad view from the place. Lou was awesome as well. Quick to respond. Beach chairs provided by the property was amazing - we are used to paying for so many extras and we didn't here. Just an amazing stay.

Lovers Key

Beach and property were great! Beach was quiet and not too busy. We saw dolphins every day. Pool and hot tub were great. Grills were clean and worked well. Condo was clean and well equipped with all essentials. One thing that wasn’t clear in the listing was that this is more of a studio than a one bedroom. There is no door separating the bedroom area from the living area. Balcony railings were being replaced so we weren’t able to use it which was really unfortunate. The oceanfront balcony is one of the major reasons that we chose this property. We communicated with property owner and things were made right. Overall I would recommend staying at this property and would stay at this location again.

Lovely condo (inside*)

This unit was clean, well-appointed and the kitchen had everything we needed. *The caveat is that although we knew in advance of the construction noise, we did not know our balcony was inaccessible. With workers either on it or going up and down the suspended cages, we had to keep the blinds drawn for privacy. After speaking with the owner, he did provide an accommodation for which we are grateful. My overall rating is based on the assumption the construction and painting are completed (likely soon).

Can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to return. After stocking up on groceries we never left. The beach is gorgeous, the pool nice and warm. We enjoyed hikes through the park and taking the tram to the south beach at the state park. The sunrises from this unit rival the sunset and were almost better. We didn’t have access to the balcony during our stay due to construction which was truly sad but Lou did communicate that to us ahead of time and offered a discount which was appreciated. A couple things were overlooked in the cleaning so I took a star off for that but certainly didn’t ruin the experience.

Lover's Key is the best

We've been coming to Lover's Key for the past few years & it's still our favorite place. We enjoyed unit 907 this year. The kitchen was very well stocked which was helpful since I like to cook. The downside of this visit was the ongoing work on all the balconies. My husband is on a walker so escaping to the beach isn't an option for him. The noise was very loud so we would go sit by the pool or patio when the weather was warm enough. We made next year's reservation right away!

Why they chose this property

My wife Elinor and I purchased unit 907 because we love being on the beach with stunning views of nature, which include Lovers Key Sate Park, Estero Bay, and the Gulf of Mexico. We also have fallen in love with gorgeous sun rise and sun sets. The comfort of the interior unit 907 allows to relax indoors when we are not in the pool, on the beach, out kayaking or fishing. We also like hiking, which enjoying doing at the Lovers Key State Park. We also trying out new restaurants and going to our old favorites.

What makes this property unique

Lovers Key Beach Club is situated on at the beach. Exit the building and you are on your own private beach which offers sunbathing, swimming, fishing, kayaking and much more. If wish to relax, gaze at the water, or read a book, there are beach lounges and shade affording palapas for your pleasure. When you feel you have had enough of the beach, you may wish to access the pool. Adjacent to the pool is a jacuzzi for a more relaxing experience. If you are looking for adventure you may wish to do some hiking at Lovers Key State Park, which is just across the road. If you not up for preparing a meal in your modern kitchen, you may wish to dine at Flippers Restaurant. Flippers is in walking distance and is located in Lovers Key Resort.

The town of Fort Myers Beach, offers wild life tours. In the center of town there the Mound House Museum, which affords a bit of history which you might find of interest. If you are looking for more aquatic activities, the Island offer parasailing, boat and jet ski rentals. There are also sunset boat tours that are fun and romantic to experience. If your interest are to experience the joy of deep sea fishing, party boats are available just of the San Carlos Bridge in Fort Myers.

If you wish to leave the island, and explore some of the other barrier islands, consider a drive to Sanibel and Captiva Islands. These barrier islands offer a lot of natural beauty that is worth exploring.
