We loved our stay! Perfect location away from the crowds yet still in walking distance of downtown for action. Gorgeous beach and sunset views from your balcony. My kids loved the pool which was never crowded and had gorgeous ocean views.

This apartment is the perfect location for enjoying Ft Myers Beach. Close enough to town center to easily walk and enjoy the bar/restaurant scene, and yet far enough away to not hear the noise and essentially have a private beach. If the weather cooperates, you will have an excellent time.

Adorable small apartment for two people Enjoyed the beautiful view of gulf with the sunsets The European Washer dryer combo really came in handy. There is a Tram that comes to Bowditch Park (free), it came in 20 min intervals so we did not need to walk down to Time Square. Was a great place for a short vacation away from snow & cold, noticed the spring breakers are starting to stay at this end of the island which was never before (tis life). Looking forward to another stay

Beautiful, comfortable, and convenient

The condo was the perfect spot for a week of relaxation on the water. It is beautifully updated with all the things you need. The bed was comfortable and the view of the Gulf was fantastic. The building is on the quiet north end of the island so getting on and off the island is easy. Access to the beach is easy and the beach is fairly quiet. One little hiccup with check-in was quickly remedied with a phone call. I will definitely try to book this one again!

Perfect for a couple!

Everything at Mojito Villas was very nice and clean. The location was perfect for the beach even on a busy holiday. I had a question shortly after we arrived and it was answered immediately. I would definitely recommend this unit. I do wish there had been a full length mirror, but I just bought one when we went shopping. Make sure to bring beach towels. We had a great anniversary getaway!

Very comfortable unit, with all the comforts of home. Full kitchen saved big money cooking at home, rather than expensive outings for lunch and dinner. Beach access is unbeatable; just a minute to get to what you need, AND all the convenient equipment from chairs to buggy, umbrella, etc. Balcony is very relaxing day and night. Trolley outside your door takes you wherever you need to go. Less than five minutes to shops and restaurants. Hard to think of anything that could improve the experience. We WILL be back! Suzy was quick with responses when we needed her to answer a few questions. The unit was plenty of space for a couple with an amazing view of the Gulf. The furniture on the screen porch made it the perfect spot to hang out for coffee, snacks, lunch, cocktails and even dinner, when the weather was warm enough. Unfortunately the January weather was below normal for a lot of our visit, so we stayed inside more than usual. But with two recliners, a sofa and the breakfast counter, that was plenty comfy too. It was a pleasant 20 minute walk to shops/restaurants when the weather was warm. On chilly days, the free tram was an excellent option to go to Times Square and not have to find and pay for parking. We always enjoy Fort Myers Beach and this stay was no exception! (Except for the unusual # of chilly days!)

Our stay at Suzie Sunshine's Ft. Myers Vacation Villas was great. The unit was as advertised. The screened balcony offered a pleasant spot to have morning coffee and afternoon happy hour. The kitchen is well equipped, with everything needed to prepare meals in house. The location is great. Being right beside the Bowditch Park made for a quiet beach, and we could have a nice spot on the beach without feeling crowded. Nice to have a beach cart with chairs and umbrella. The unit was clean and had what we needed. Perfect for a couple wanting a Florida respite. We would definitely come back. We will hope to in the future. Thanks, Suzie!

Great vacation

We truly enjoyed our stay at Mojito Villas in Ft Myers Beach. The condo was simple, very clean, and sufficiently stocked. Location was perfect at the north end of the island right beside Bowditch Point Park. It was quiet, yet Time Square was easily accessible via a short walk or bike ride. Would definitely recommend.

Nice winter vacation

This is a lovely condo in a quiet and well-maintained building. Spectacular views of the gulf. Clean and comfortably furnished. Good-sized kitchen stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals since we were staying for a month. The beach is semi-private and absolutely beautiful. The pool was also a nice size and heated to a good temperature. I loved walking the beach into the Bowditch Park area every day, although some days that part of the beach was very crowded with beachgoers. The elevator and shopping and luggage carts made packing and unpacking our things very efficient. The only downside of our vacation was some cold weather for late January and early February, and the Ft. Myers Beach area itself. The trolley was very convenient to get to Times Square, but there was not much in the way of shopping or entertainment there unless you like tacky flip flop shops. A few restaurants looked okay but always seemed very crowded. Lots of people walking all over the place and crossing the street against the lights. On cooler days, we wanted to leave the "island" to meet up with friends in other areas, and we would sit in traffic for an hour or more (usually more) just to get on the road to Cape Coral, Sanibel, etc. Luckily, the condo is far enough away from Times Square that if you like to stay home, enjoy the quiet beach, and provide your own entertainment, than this is the place to rent.

Fine Place, Great Location

We've spent a week or two at Ft Myers Beach each year for decades. We always wanted to stay at the condos next to Bowditch Park at the northern tip of Estero Island. This was it and the location was a great as we thought it would be. Of course easy to visit the park and the trams and trolley (bus) take off from there so transport is easy. It's pretty quiet compared to other places we've been on the beach. The unit is well equipped and has all you need. It has a small washer/dryer which is incredibly useful and unique in my experience. The whole place is very clean and everything works. I would say it's best for a couple. The pool is fine. The owner was perfectly responsive to my questions via email.

Wonderful Vacation!

We just returned from spending November 6-13 at Mojito Villas and it was perfect! The condo is updated, furnished nicely and the bed is so comfortable! The condo is like new and has everything you need for your stay. Lots of extra touches you don’t typically find in a vacation rental-I especially loved the bathroom mirror and large walk-in shower. We could not have asked for better weather and spent almost every afternoon at the beach and in the Gulf, which is unusual for me as I am very cold natured. The beach was not crowded at all and the condo is next to a park that was great for a morning walk. Mojito Villa is less than a mile from Times Square with shopping and delicious restaurants. If you do not feel like walking, the trolley picks you up right next door. We hope to be back and want to Thank Suzie and Walter for their lovely condo and attention to detail.

Mojito Villas is a beautiful updated oceanfront 1 BR condo

My husband and I stayed for one week in early December in the Mojito Villas. I was very impressed! The condo was spotlessly clean and updated - I told my husband that it rivaled a HGTV remodel! A beautiful modern kitchen with every utensil you could want and a lovely screened in porch with table and chairs that overlooks the beach. A great place to enjoy the amazing sunsets. The property is quiet as it is next to a beach and nature park but within a few minute drive of Times Square with all the restaurants and nightlife. Suzie corresponded with us quickly and gave us all the information for the property we needed. We had no issues- not one thing to complain about. We also enjoyed the heated pool. We are definitely looking forward to returning to this property next year.

Great location and clean property

We loved the proximity of this property to Bowditch park, one of our favorite areas on Fort Myers beach. If you prefer to be slightly separated but still walking distance from the busy Fort Myers pier area, and enjoy seeing wildlife, this is a perfect location. The apartment appears recently remodeled, was very clean, and has a well-stocked kitchen. Great for a reasonably priced get-away and to place to watch the waves from the Lanai. Very convenient parking, WIFI if you have to work, onsite pool, and right on the water.

Why they chose this property

This condo is the very last building on the northern tip of Estero Island directly next to Bodwich park. The scenery here is beautiful and quiet. The Bay is just across the street. And we are a short walk or trolly to Times Square. Nice to be able to park the car for a bit and enjoy a real vacation.
