'It's All About The View' We have finally reached the point of opening due to our devastating hurricane damage. This location offers social distancing at its best, the white sandy beach below is the least used beach on the island and is out of the people traffic area, but .5 mile to the activities. This owner-listed condo boasts a panoramic, unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico, the beach, and Bowditch Park, with Sanibel Island in the distance. All windows and two balconies face the water. On your primary bedroom balcony, have your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the water and the Florida natural park right in front of you. The lounge chairs on your large beachfront balcony is the perfect setting for an evening beverage while watching the spectacular Sunset over the Gulf. This location is one of a kind. Vacation Villas is a privately owned building on the no-hassle traffic North end of Ft Myers Beach. Times Square and the Central Ft Myers Beach are a short beach walk, a ten-minute sidewalk stroll, or you can pick up the trolley that stops right outside the building to take you to all the dining, the evening entertainment, and the shopping Ft Myers Beach offers. This unit has a King bed primary suite, with a full bath & a master bedroom Gulf view balcony. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with the 2nd bath right next to it. Cooking is easy in your granite-topped and stainless kitchen. A stove top, convection bake/microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and all utensils are available to create that great beach meal. Adjacent to your kitchen is a dining table with a spectacular window view of the water and beach, a large granite island/breakfast bar that allows your guest interaction while you are hard at work in your home-away kitchen. The living room has a Lazy Boy queen air mattress pull out couch, & two swivel side chair with a flat screen Smart TV. Through the living room, you can enter the large beach front balcony that presents the panoramic unobstructed view of the white sandy Beach, the back bay boating channel where it meets the Gulf of Mexico, Florida's natural Bowditch Park, and Sanibel Island in the distance. What a view!!!! Relax in your lounge chairs while watching all the beach and water activities pass right in front of you. If swimming in a pool is more to your liking, this building offers a large community heated saltwater pool. Ft. Myers Beach Delight

Delightful condo on quiet north end of Ft. Myers Beach. Fabulous views, great shells, amazing beach with gentle waves and currents. Condo is well appointed with everything we needed and a great place for a small family. Owners were wonderful and welcoming. Whole experience was our family's favorite Florida beach vacation to date! We would definitely return in the future. Thank you!

Beautiful condo on the beach.

Wonderful week from the minute we walked in the front door. The condo was clean and spacious. The view from each lanai and window was breathtaking. Anything you would need for a week at the beach is provided for. The welcome mimosas were the icing on the cake. Would definitely return!

The views and the beach were spectacular. Very little traffic on the beach, but a shot walk to the pier and action if interested. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely supplied. The communication was wonderful . New what to expect and the contact the day of arrival was nice. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Michael from Minneapolis.

Great Beachfront Condo

The perfect condo for the perfect vacation. We could not have asked for better accommodations. The unit was spotless, and the view unmatched. The bed in the master bedroom was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept on and had wonderful soft sheets. It was nice to not have to go to the store to buy things like paper towels, TP, etc...everything was provided! Linda and Elyse were a breeze to work with, and very responsive. Our first VRBO experience and it was a dream. Thanks!

2nd Stay at this Condo

If you are wanting a short walk to the ocean and a nice clean condo this is the place for you. This is our 2nd time renting your condo and we love staying here. It's clean and has a home feel to it. I love the fact that you have a key pad for the door. Its so nice to go to the beach and not have to bring a key card or the new fangled bracelet to get back in. Everything was great again. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We hope to be back soon.

Wonderful

We truly enjoyed staying at this lovely condo. The mimosas and fresh flowers were a wonderful touch! And the views were great from every room in this north corner unit. Everything was clean and ready, even though we checked in early. There was an issue with the a/c when we arrived and Elyse came by the unit personally, along with the technician to insure that the problem was fixed. She also offered a late check out or extra night for our inconvenience. We have stayed at the PinkShell resort for several years in the past and like this end of the island, so the location was perfect!! We will definitely be renting this unit in the future.

Fabulous stay at the beach!

We spent two wonderful weeks at Ft. Myers Beach and didn’t want to leave. The condo was so comfortable. The views can’t be beat, so clean, slept great! Kitchen was well equipped, except we were surprised that there was no oven! FYI...you can grill a pizza! The fresh flowers and mimosas were such a special treat! One of the best surprises was the tram service that runs from the park next door to the condo building. We rarely had to take our car out because between walking or riding the tram, we were able to get to restaurants easily. Great happy hours, new favorite restaurants (Pierside Grill and Matanza’s) helped make this a perfect vacation! We hope we can return to 435!! We loved it!

The condo was exactly as presented.. beautiful view, quiet north island end location.. steps to the trolley.. furnished with everything I needed and then some.. two balconies gave sunrise and sunset views.. beach quiet and again only steps to Pink Shell bar and restaurants. Hosts were excellent in all aspects.. I will stay again!!

Great Condo, Great Hosts!

This is a beautifully remodeled condo that has everything you would need on vacation. It is located on the corner end of the building, so from the side balcony off the main bedroom you can see water on all sides. The front balcony has a full on view of the beach and very comfortable chairs. So relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc., and the furniture and beds were all comfortable.Elyse and Marlene were both wonderful. Communication was fantastic and they were more than accommodating! Overall, this was just a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back the next time we stay in Fort Myers! Thank you!

Amazing condo with excellent views!

Oh my gosh if you want to sip a cup of coffee in the morning or have a beverage in the evening, you have 3 great places to sit all with excellent views! The ocean side balcony is great, the dinning room table and the master suite balcony; hard to choose which one as they are all amazing! The beach has beautiful white sand and you are the last condo building so your view is not obstructed! Elyse & Marlene were great hosts!! They had a lovely surprise waiting for us when we got there and the communication and checking in on us was perfect! Thanks so much for letting us stay at your beautiful with the very comfy beds!! We will definitely come back to stay!

Great Unit with a Great Host

The kitchen is well stocked, the balcony furniture is unusually comfortable, and the view is spectacular. Communicating with Elyce is effortless and nearly instantaneous. If you want to cook for six -- a bad idea on vacation -- you might want an oven in addition to the microwave an stove. Otherwise, this unit is terrific value for the money.

Amazing Trip!

I travelled with my husband and 4 and 8 year old daughters to this condo. The layout was absolutely perfect for us, and the girls loved having their own room with twin beds. We loved hanging out on the balcony! At first I was sad it was screened in (I wanted my perfect view) but with Florida’s flying bugs (cicadas) I was quickly so appreciative of the screen! Safer for kids too. We enjoyed sitting on the beach for the sunsets even more. We appreciated so many amenities here: beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, sand toys, all the kitchen utensils we needed, hair dryer, etc. The trash shoot near the elevator was super convenient. Laundry is $1.75 in quarters per load. The pool was clean and warm. There’s a short walkway to the beach, with hoses to rinse off when you return. We spent everyday on the beach at some point. Lots of fun finding shells, gorgeous sunsets, and watching the boats come and go. We walked the beach to Times Square for restaurants (trolly isn’t running this time of year and we preferred walking the beach to the sidewalks). La Ola and Nervous Nellies were great! We went to Sanibel/Captiva twice—if you go up near Turner Beach go early for parking. We didn’t love RC Otters. Our only major trip away was to Everglades City. I highly recommend the Everglades City Airboat tour! One of the coolest parts of our trip. We also did the scenic drive at Big Cypress National Reserve and lost count of all the alligators we saw! Elyse was so helpful and quickly responsive to any questions I had. I tend to book VRBOs based on great owners, and she does such a wonderful job. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect condo for our family of 4!

This condo was fantastic! The stretch of beach in front of condo was never very busy. The views of the gulf & bay from the balconies were phenomenal! The condo was far enough away from the main attractions to not be crowded but still within walking distance. The condo was very clean & spacious. Our toddler loved the long hallway. The owner reached out to us during our stay to make sure everything was up to par & it was. We have already booked our stay for next year! P.S. Charley's Boathouse was our favorite restaurant.

Wonderful!!

The condo was beautiful. It had more "extras" than any condo we've ever rented--beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. It was very comfortable and homey. We had a question and the owner answered immediately. Very easy check-in and convenient parking. I HIGHLY recommend--would give it 5+ stars!
