If you are looking for a quiet relaxing weekend at PGA West, a World Class golf community, this Everyday Luxury Vacation Rental property is the home for you!

West facing with some of the best views in PGA west, overlooking the Santa Rosa Mountains and the Weiskopf course at PGA West. Enjoy one of the best pools in PGA West, relax in the spa or grill dinner at the built-in bar/grill. Three bedrooms all featuring en-suite bathrooms. Views from the great room with fireplace and Master Suite

Beautifully landscaped courtyard with breathtaking views of the mountains and golf course. Spacious floorplan includes gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, upgraded cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a sunken wet bar. The Master Suite has a luxurious master bath including separate soaking bathtubs. It has an entertainer's patio with a built in stainless steel bar-b-que overlooking the pool/spa.

PGA West is the premier golf course community of the West Coast, featuring 3 public and 3 private courses, home to the AMX Desert Classic, about 7 miles away from Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, and about 5 mi. from the polo grounds and Coachella. PGA West features 6 golf courses and over 20 community pools and spa's that you will enjoy access to. This home overlooks the 8th and 9th hold of the Weiskopf private courses. Take a walk to Ernie's bar and grill Array of fine wines, hand-crafted beers, and spirits and watch the game indoors or cozy up by the fire pit. Take a walk to Wallaby's- Take in panoramic desert vistas and soak up the spirit of Australia in the Greg Norman Clubhouse at PGA WEST.

The pool heat is on-demand, meaning we do not heat it when it's not in use or when no guests are staying. It heats up about 3 degrees per hour and it can get down into the 60's during the winter so if you want it heated upon your arrival please keep that in mind and notify us. October Through the end of May the charge is $100/day if pool heating is paid upfront for every day of the stay or $125/day if not. Spa only heating is $40/day if prepaid for the entire stay and $70/day if not. Most resorts heat pools into the low 80's we allow guests that pay for pool heat to heat pool to the mid-80's and spas as high as they like. Please keep in mind, mid-winter, larger pools will have a hard time even reaching mid-80's, pool temperature is not guaranteed, however, generally low to mid 80's is common, even mid-winter. For longer term stays the owner will pay the first $300/month of gas and electricity, for longer stays anything over $300 will be paid by the tenant.

During the colder months, the pool and spa cannot be efficiently heated at the same time. It's best to heat the pool to the desired temp, then start heating the spa about 45 minutes prior to use. If you elect to pay for pool heat, you can message us 24 hours prior to arrival to start heating the pool. We recommend that you download the app and control the temperature yourself upon arrival.

Pets subject to approval, may or may not be approved, Pet fees will apply.
This property can be rented to people with pet allergies any and all animals must be disclosed and approved by the owners.
The minimum age for responsible renter is 30.

House rules;
1) No outside noise above a whisper after 10pm
2) No outside music at anytime.
3) No inside music that can be heard outside at anytime.
4) Please remember that you must display your parking pass on your dash where it's easily visible. PGA West rules, please keep the garage doors shut unless directly moving vehicles in or out.
5) There is a limit of 4 overnight vehicles per house and the HOA is against street parking unless absolutely necessary. This home has a garage and driveway so plenty of parking for 4 cars. Do not park in front of mailboxes or fire hydrants. No trailers, no oversized vans i.e Sprinter vans or similar models are not allowed.
If you have more than 3 cars you need to park at least 1 in the garage overnight, up to 2 cars can fit in the garage.
6) The golf course is private property, not a common area, the HOA views people that have not checked in at the club house to golf as trespassers.
7) Our permit only allows for the number of guests we market the property for and your reservation only allows for the number of guests on your reservation. You must notify us of any visitors, if you have more people than are on the reservation at the home and security is called you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

8) Noise; Absolutely NO outside music allowed. No inside music that can be heard outside. Please move inside after 10PM to avoid disturbing the neighbors or only talk in quiet voices - City of La Quinta Executive order 9. Noise from inside the home can also not be heard by the neighbors before 1 pm or after 10 pm or it will also be subject to a fine. Between 1 pm and 10 pm, general noise needs to remain at a reasonable level that doesn't disturb the neighbors.

While this will not apply to 99% of guests, If security comes a citation and fine will be issued and you will be responsible to pay. If security comes a second time you have to leave the home and no refund for remaining days of your reservation will be provided. In addition, you will be responsible for any fines and damage and fines.

Pets are subject to owner approval and may or may not be approved. If they are approved a pet fee applies. Please inquire with breed, age, and weight of your pet prior to booking. No Cats Allowed.

Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500

If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.

The desert has extreme temperatures, including sustained daytime temperatures of over 100 degrees. With such high temperatures, ACs can struggle to cool homes by more than 25 degrees. Boatman bugs are common in pools with biologically safe water. If food is left out, ants will come, and if doors are left open, flies will come.
These are a part of life in the desert and not grounds for a refund.
We use the top pest control, pool cleaners, and home cleaners in the area. Please contact us if you have an issue, and we will do our best to assist.
When it's windy, a perfectly clean pool will not remain perfectly clean for long

Cancellation policy and procedures

Our goal is to keep our prices as competitive as possible, in order to keep them competitive it's important that we avoid the losses that come from cancellations.

Owners of these properties depend on the income and last-minute cancellations result in lost revenue through vacancy and lower prices.

For those that don't like the risk that comes with cancellation policies, we strongly recommend you look into travel insurance. We can recommend one for you.

If you didn't purchase the travel insurance offered by the booking channel, or the one we recommend, you will likely not get any refund.

To ask for an exception to our policy you must first cancel through the booking channel. Exceptions are up to individual owners and are very rare. Your best chance is to ask for a credit to be used for a booking for the same property.

The credit can to be used within the window you cancelled. Ie. If you cancel 3 days before your stay and the owners payout is $4500, you didn't purchase travel insurance you may ask for a credit to be used to reserve the same property no more than 3 days before the drag you want to use the credit for.

Example request.

"I had to cancel because my kids are sick. I didn't purchase the recommended travel insurance. My stay is 3 days away. I'm requesting a credit for the owner payout amount to be used to reserve the same property 3 days before our stay. I.e, we want to stay August 23rd so I will make a request on August 20th if the unit is still available.

Thanks."

We will share this with the owner and encourage them to allow us to agree.

No exceptions will be made if the process is not followed.

Wonderful stay with AMAZING views
This house, and its location, is perfect. Just far enough away for silence and relaxation but close to everything you want to do in the Valley! The house, perfect. Zero complaints. Fully stocked, extremely well taken care of, pool and patio awesome for relaxing and unwinding. 10/10 recommendation.

Well-equipped home in an awesome location
This place had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped with nice pans, dishes, utensils, etc., and the barbecue worked well. The beds were nice, and there were plenty of towels for the pool. The pool and hot tub were also very nice. The pool had a swim up bar, and views of the golf course and mountains in the background. The only negative about the place, and it's minor, is that it's a bit of a drive to restaurants, etc. Figure on at least a 15 - 30 minute drive to go to restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay, and we plan to come back in the future.
