Our cozy *** apartment is in the district Steeg - just minutes from the city center and far away from traffic noise - and is the ideal starting point for activities of all kinds.
The kitchen of our apartment is fully equipped for 4 people. and has microwave, dishwasher, 4-burner stove with oven, refrigerator ,, coffee maker and kettle. In the living room you will find generous seating and stereo with CD and TV / DVD. Sheets and towels are included. We also provide you with free cot and high chair available. Bicycles for cycling can be rented.
In summer, enjoy our beautiful garden with terrace and barbecue area with a glass of wine or beer.
At Christmas we decorate the apartment comfortably - incl. Christmas tree and so you can toast to the New Year, you will receive a bottle of champagne at New Year.
The excursions: walks lead you to the castle Stahleck, the Werner chapel in the old town of Bacharach with its important churches and lovingly restored half-timbered houses, on the well-preserved city wall with powerful towers and into the extensive park directly on the Rhine.
On hikes you will experience the tranquility in shady forests, the winemaker at work in sunny vineyard or walk in the footsteps of the Knights in old castles and ruins.
Enjoy the trips with the steamers on the Rhine or by bus or car to the Mosel, the Rheingau, to Trier, Mainz, Bad Kreuznach, Worms or Speyer. Everything is easily accessible from Bacharach from.
Or use bicycles to experience on bike paths the Rhine landscape.

Amazing hospitality
Never have I ever stayed in a place that wasn’t a friend or relative where I received the welcome and hospitality that Ingrid and her husband offered. Upon arrival they welcomed us into their home with plenty of information about our stay and the area. They made wonderful tour and restaurant recommendations. Every morning on our way out, they greeted us cheerfully. They ensured all our needs were met. I could not have been happier with our stay

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist so gemütlich und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, bis ins kleinste Detail. Und die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich. Danke für das Willkommenfühlen in so schöner Umgebung

Picturesque location
Ingrid and Helmut were wonderful hosts. We had everything we needed for our stay including information on things to see in the area. The apartment was about a 10 minute walk from downtown, and Bacharach itself was one of the most picturesque villages we have ever seen. Convenient to train, boat and many major cities. Lots of castles to see. Looking forward to coming back in the future.
