The apartment is located 800 metres from the Château d'Amboise, facing the Loire River. It is ideally located for a stage of the Loire by bike, (possibility to store bicycles in a room), or to walk to the Amboise market on Sundays. Free parking is available in front of the apartment.
Amboise offers a central location, ideal for visiting the Loire castles or going to the Beauval Zoo.
The apartment, with a surface area of 45 square metres, is completely renovated with quality materials. (exposed beams, parquet flooring, air conditioning)
You will have a superb equipped kitchen, with induction hob, two ovens, dishwasher and plenty of storage. The central island offers a beautiful convivial space for four people.
The living area has a sofa bed, in which two adults can sleep. The skylights are equipped with blackout blinds.
The bedroom is composed of new and comfortable bedding of 160 by 200, a large chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
The bathroom offers a beautiful talienne shower, tastefully tiled, and a suspended toilet.
