It is a deep water navigable river with a private boat ramp. Boat ramp only available to renters. There’s is a public boat ramp less than 10 minutes away. Perfect for fishing, boating or kayaking. Nice place

The back porch overlooking the river is so wonderful. Traffic noise from the nearby bridge is mildly annoying, but the overall stay was very nice. The cabin is well stocked with almost everything you need.
