## Logement
Located on the 1st floor without elevator, this charming apartment includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed. A shower and washbasin are available in the bedroom;
- a fully equipped kitchen with dining area with table and chairs;
- a comfortable living room with two sofa beds.
There is no separate bathroom, the shower and sink is inside the bedroom.
You will particularly appreciate its calm and brightness.
Everything you need to have a great stay is at your disposal, including: WiFi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, oven, iron, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

## Emplacement
The Saint-Michel district is the most cosmopolitan place in Bordeaux. It stretches from the Place de la Victoire to the train station and from the Cours de la Marne to the platforms. This former artisan district is now undergoing major changes. It is a dynamic, touristic and very lively district with a heterogeneous population with very different cultures.
