Our second time staying at this property, and we will stay again! There was a bit of a snafu checking in this time, but host made it right. We love this little house... our home away from home when we're in Michigan.

Great home base!

We took my senior mother to Motown and some museums and shows. This was great since it's got no stairs and it's easy access to most things. Lots of great restaurants close by. Easy check in and out. Would go again.

College reunion weekend

Great spot close to everything we wanted to do in the Detroit metro area. Clean, well stocked, and perfect for a couple of college friends getting together. Nearby gas stations, food, and grocery stores.

Felt like home the second we walked in

My daughter and myself stayed here for 9 days while we were in town for a youth bowling tournament. We walked in the door and felt at home! The neighborhood is very quiet and the convenience of places to eat and relax were perfect. Check is was easy as can be and anything and everything we needed for our stay was provided in the house. If i could rate our stay higher than 5 stars i absolutely would!

Comfy and cozy

Centrally located for visiting family in the suburbs of Detroit for the holidays. House was equipped with everything we needed for the week. Stores, restaurants, main roads and freeways are close by. Nice older neighborhood. Jodi was in contact for any needed requests.

College Graduation

This was the perfect place to stay for my Daughter-in-laws graduation from Concordia. It was clean, quiet and close to everything. I would highly recommend this home to rent if you are staying in town for business, college tours, college graduations, or need a quiet spot close to downtown or Ann Arbor.

Perfect for UM graduation

Exceptionally clean house and perfect for what we needed for graduation weekend at UM. The price was reasonable and much less than renting something in Ann Arbor during graduation. Jodi was very communicative and made checking in and out easy. Quiet, safe neighborhood with convenient grocery stores & coffee shops.

First time using Vrbo and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the cleanliness of the property to all of the hosts recommendations it was so much better than any hotel experience I've ever had. Would definitely recommend it to everyone. Five Star all the way!

Easy in Westland

Very basic simple small home. No frills but has the basics. No dishwasher but all needed to wash them. Nice selection of appliances in kitchen. Matresses are great. Definitely a good place to sleep.

Great communication

We did have a few little issues but communication was very quick to respond. I suggest they get a new cleaning crew. The frig was missed and it was noticeable that something had spilled inside the frig. The house is as listed. The linens where clean and ample towels where provided. We would stay here again.

Westland House

Had friends with family in from out of town so we rented this house which is located not too far from our home in Westland. Double bed in one room had to be fixed by my friends as it had not been correctly put together in the first place. Air mattress had to re blown up each night before bedtime for one of the boys. Overall the property is nicely decorated, clean and had amenities needed for their stay.
