Villa with sea view and private pool for 6 people

Located in Anses d'Arlet, this recent villa with private pool offers stunning sea views. It is air-conditioned and consists of 3 bedrooms.

In the heart of a picturesque fishing village, this recent villa has a very functional equipped kitchen. The 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned, with new bedding in each room. There is a master suite with bathroom. The villa also includes a dining and living room, as well as a covered terrace with views of the Bay of Anses and the Caribbean Sea. A large deck with a secure private pool is equipped with sunbeds and sun loungers to enjoy the sun and the beautiful sunsets.

Many beach toys are available for children, as well as snorkelling equipment (masks, snorkels, fins) for all. Beach chairs and petanque balls are also provided. The villa is equipped with a TV and internet connection. Linen and towels are provided, but beach linen is not.

Miscellaneous: children are welcome, a baby cot with mosquito net can be provided on request. A hairdryer is available. Please note that there is no disabled access and smoking is allowed, but pets are not allowed.
