Studio in the heart of the marais poitevin regional park

The studio is in perfect condition, it is the old cellar in the extension of a stone building called "maraichine". It is accessed by a spiral staircase leading to a private car park for your vehicle. You have a garden with a pier available for your canoe trips, or a fishing trip. You are on the way to Santiago, you can hike without taking your vehicle or go cycling on the marsh paths (marked trails). The garden being the passion of its owner, it is bucolic, planted with ash trees and you can also relax in the shade in a hammock. the old pigsty has been transformed to accommodate a summer kitchen where you can prepare your meals and dine in the shelter with a view of the garden and the canals.
Animal friendly and cat owners do not appreciate the reception of four-legged guests, I do not refuse the presence of small animals but with strict conditions of semi-freedom in the garden.
The studio has all the elementary to live only if necessary the washing machine will be to share with the owner.
