We offer this superb 250m2 villa for rent, with panoramic views over the splendid Côte d'Azur and its remarkable landscape.



The villa is fully air-conditioned, has 6 bedrooms & 6 shower rooms, a terrace with garden & swimming pool of 30m2, a gym, a sauna/hammam area, a jacuzzi on the terrace of one of the bedrooms as well as a cinema room with overhead projector & sofas.



The house is located in the charming commune of Mougins, where you'll find all the shops and amenities you need for a pleasant stay, in a residential area where you can relax and unwind in a quiet, wooded setting. You'll be within easy reach of Cannes, Antibes and Saint-Paul de Vence.



The villa is laid out as follows:



- Arriving at the private estate from the road access, you have a shared entrance path with another house below. This in no way hinders access to the villa, which is private. You then have the option of parking on the villa's roof terrace. These parking spaces are reserved for you and there are 4 of them.

- Then, for your convenience, you can use the lift on the roof terrace serving both levels of the house. You can then use it to access the ground floor of the house.

- On level 0, you'll find a relatively spacious entrance leading to each room:

- On your left, you'll find a wellness area with a sauna, a hammock & a room with several body-building machines & sports equipment: exercise bike, treadmill, back & arm machines, dumbbells etc...

- On the ground floor, you'll also find a laundry area with a washing machine, tumble dryer and steam generator.

- You then arrive in the living room, which is bathed in light thanks to its many bay windows and opens onto a lovely wooden terrace with garden and swimming pool. The room is made up of several distinct areas: the first is a dining area with a large table that can seat up to 12 people and a work surface with adjoining sink; opposite this is a large, fully-equipped kitchen with: dining counter, high stools, induction hob, dishwasher, 2 ovens, 2 microwaves, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, American-style fridge with freezer section and integrated ice maker.

- Continuing the tour, you arrive in the lounge area equipped with sofas & armchairs, a Smart TV with free WiFi connection, & a second fully-glazed dining area with a large table seating 8.

- The lounge area is completely open to the outside, inviting you to relax and unwind with its garden lounge area.



- Upstairs, you'll find 6 bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes, queen-size beds (160x200) and unparalleled light thanks to their picture windows with curtains and electric roller shutters.

- One of the bedrooms, the master, is more spacious and has a prime position in the centre of the villa. It has a balneotherapy bathtub for a moment of relaxation, as well as an en suite shower room. This room also has a large dressing room, so you'll have the comfort and layout you need for longer stays.

- A second bedroom also has a bath in the bedroom, but without balneotherapy, with a shower room next door. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, except for two which have to share a larger one with a double washbasin and walk-in shower. Each bathroom also has a toilet in the room, which is not separate.



Bed linen and bath towels are provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee).



The products available to you are indeed welcome products, to enable you to arrive with complete peace of mind. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay. This depends on your personal consumption.
