The cottage was very clean, and comfortable. It is detached from a separate home/residential building on property. We did not see anyone else onsite during our stay. If you plan on cooking in, I would recommend bringing any necessary spices, cooking spray/oil, etc needed, as well as coffee. Everything else (dishes, utensils, pots/pans are provided). Owner was excellent to work with, responsive and very courteous. Very convenient ly located to Eufaula and surrounding area.

The pictures it shows on the web site are not accurate at all.
Well, the sign in the front yard says, "Welcome to the lake house." My question is where's the lake? The outside was very terrible. The back porch mentioned had so many limbs and leaves on it, we had to kick them off to open the door. The garbage can was already half full. The dock was so far away and down a very steep hill. Not recommended for older folks. We had to stop and rest 3 times before we got to the cabin. Was supposed to stay until Saturday but left on Wednesday morning. Noone told us about the hot water heater, so we had no hot water .I have been sick since we got back and had to go to the emergency room. Cost us a lot of money for a terrible time. Lesson well learned..

Enjoyed my stay. we couldn't get oven to come on and it appeared it hadn't been spring cleaned yet.
We visited Providence Canyon and needed a place to stay. Way better than the Comfort Inn. Allowed our dog and we could make breakfast in the morning. It's not right on the lake - have to walk a little ways to the tiny dock. I would say it's "quaint", not fancy but perfect for what we needed.
Property is cute and very convenient. Needs some extra care on cleaniness and being sure amenities work. If that is addressed this would be a great place for couples or small family to enjoy.
