Apartment 1:
Our apartment on the ground floor offers space for 2 to 5 people with 2 separate bedrooms. To her belongs the sunny patio with a wonderful view of our lawn. The rental price includes: Use of the entire inventory. Bed, kitchen and bath linen, electricity, water, heating, parking, use of sunbathing area, cellar for skis or similar, TV with cable connection (200 TV channels). Final cleaning included!

Welcome to the Haus Schmidt. Our house is centrally located in Bayrischzell surrounded by a large garden with gazebo and barbecue grill, right on the spiral Steinbach. All our apartments are in rustic style, have wireless connection, TV-connection, cosmetic mirror, first aid box, fire alarm and internet connection (W-Lan). Each of our apartments has its own parking. The pets are available on request. Bikes for excursions can be rented for a fee.  Guests receive free passes to the tennis court and the public Warmfreibad. And in the morning fresh rolls are brought you on request.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Bayrischzell. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und Frau Schmidt war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich würde wieder hinfahren.

Große Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung ist im EG eines typischen bayrischen Landhaus direkt an einem kleinen Bach gelegen. Insgesamt bietet die Wohnung für 4 Personen sehr viel Platz. Sie war sehr sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin wohnt mit im Haus, war sehr nett und hatte auch einige gute Tipps für uns parat. Einen Stern haben wir abgezogen, weil nur die beiden renovierten Zimmer fotografiert wurden und somit ein etwas anderer Eindruck von der Wohnung vermittelt wird. Die anderen Zimmer sind mit älteren Möbeln ausgestattet. Bad und Küche sind sehr klein und auch schon einige Jahre alt. Aber es war dennoch alles sehr ordentlich, funktionstüchtig und sauber. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank!
