The accommodation is as follows:

First floor:
- 28 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

Second floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A shared swimming pool (unheated), secured by a key-operated gate, open from May 15 to September 30.
- Two south-facing terraces of 60m² each, one on each floor, with furniture to make the most of the sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in Porticcio, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Explore the paths offering spectacular views of the region on the Col Saint-Georges hikes
