Our house in Emmendorf is located in a quiet residential area with adjacent forest, about 8.5 km from Bad Bevensen and the iodine-Sole-Therme. The lovingly decorated Non smoking rental is located in the basement and has a separate entrance with a small terrace. Lockable garaging for bicycles available, no pets desired. Daily fresh rolls are about 5 minutes drive away, as well as fresh fruit, vegetables, cheese and sausage, jams. Also a hearty breakfast, lunch and great cakes with coffee and other drinks in the afternoon invite you to linger.

Im Oktober 2024 waren wir bei Familie Moneke. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Ferienwohnung im Souterrain war sehr sauber und angenehm temperiert. Das Haus ist in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend gelegen. Für uns perfekt. WLAN, Telefonate störungsfrei. Ein abschliesbares Holzhäuschen wo wir unsere E-Bikes abstellen durften. Die Radwege sind angenehm zu fahren.

Wir waren 8Tage in Emmendorf hatten eine schöne Ferienwohnung. Gemütlich eingerichtet Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und freundlich haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Haben jeden Tag Fahrrad Touren gemacht. Schöne Umgebung haben viel gesehen. Es war ein schöner Urlaub, kommen gerne wieder.

Große Ferienwohnung mit Mängeln

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr groß, gut eingerichtet und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Es gibt keinen Geschirrspüler, den brauchten wir aber auch nicht. Im Bad sind ausreichend Ablageflächen und Halterungen angebracht. Für Fahrräder gibt es einen abschließbaren Schuppen, in dem auch E-Bikes aufgeladen werden können. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Siedlung. Da die Wohnung sich im Souterrain befindet, gibt es keinen Ausblick aus den Fenstern und es ist ziemlich kühl, trotz teilweiser Fußbodenheizung. Als Außenbereich gibt es einen Tisch mit Stühlen und Auflagen sowie einen Sonnenschirm. Allerdings ist der Bereich sehr klein. In der Anzeige ist die Terrasse der Vermieter abgebildet, was sehr irreführend ist, da diese nicht benutzt werden kann. Dieses Bild dürfte so nicht auf der Anzeigenseite abgebildet werden! Ein großes Manko ist der fehlende WLAN-Zugang. Da es im Untergeschoss auch kein Netz gibt, muss man sich zur Nutzung des Handys (Telefonate/Internet) auf die "Außenterrasse" begeben. Das ist nicht akzeptabel. Durch die Corona-Auflagen hatten wir nur wenig Kontakt mit den Vermietern, die sehr freundlich waren.
