About this property

Our NEWLY RENOVATED condo is very unique because of its location. You can choose to immerse yourself in all that the Orlando/Disney area has to offer. Be it attractions, Theme parks, or the vibrant Orlando city itself with wonderful cultural events, sports, golf, or night life. Our location is central to all!
Or choose to just enjoy our picturesque lakefront which has a Oasis pool, Tiki bar, Fishing, Jet skiing, right on Lake Bryan.
We just updated the unit in July 2021.
The space
When you walk in you will see bunkbeds to your direct right. Off the hallway is the first bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bathroom to the left. The kitchen, dining and living area are an open area. Off of the dining/living area to the left is a master bedroom with an attached bathroom. Both the living area and the master bedroom have sliding doors to the patio.
Guest access
There are two parking garages along with ample parking around both buildings. There are many dining opportunities within walking distance from the property ( Bahama Breeze , Saltgrass Steak House, BJs Brewhouse, Carrabba's, Panera). In front is a Starbucks, Subway, Cici Pizza along with a Putt-Putt golf. A Walgreens is directly across the street. A Publix supermarket is within a mile.
Other things to note
We would like you to remember that this is our home. We want to share all of the specialness with you but we want to remind you to respect our home. There is no smoking, there are no pets. There is a 500.00 refundable security deposit to ensure that our next guest can seamlessly enjoy their stay with no hassles related to not adhering to rules or theft, breakage, damage of property.

Just perfect

This property is lovely. It shows that the owners take pride in their property and thought of every detail. It was beautiful decorated with all new furnishings. The kitchen was fully stocked. It is spacious and has an amazing view of the lake. We will definitely be back.
